At first, Sirius alone had a hard time getting used to the role of a father, but with Remus's help it became easier for him. Remus John Lupin was born on March 10, 1960, to wizard Lyall Lupin and Muggle Hope Howell. His father, an expert in Inhuman Spiritual Phenomena, worked for the Ministry of Magic. During Voldemort's first rise to power, Lyall called werewolves "soulless, evil creatures who deserve nothing but death" in the presence of the werewolf Fenrir Greyback. These words cost the Lupins dearly. One night, when Remus, then almost five, was sleeping peacefully in his crib, Greyback broke down the window in his room and burst inside. His father arrived in time to save Remus's life, and with several powerful spells drove the werewolf away, but it had not yet infected the boy with lycanthropy and turned him into one of his own kind. Remus was not cured and continued to live, turning into a werewolf every full moon. He enjoys quiet get-togethers with his family, or riding a motorcycle with Sirius. Tall and thin, with a sunken face, pale, light brown hair, green eyes. Remus is serious and reasonable, he is more affectionate and more well-read than his husband. He is well versed in dark magic, but has never used it.

Sirius was born on November 3, 1959. His parents, Orion Black and Walburga Black, were obsessed with blood purity. The name "Sirius" was very common in the Black family, which is probably why the parents gave the newborn this name. In addition, Sirius had a younger brother, Regulus Black, who completely shared the views of his parents. Orion and Walburga loved both sons. But Sirius, first out of spite, and then by his own conviction, became opposed to all pure-blood relatives. He studied at Hogwarts, where he met James Potter. Soon they became best friends, many years later Sirius became the godfather of Harry Potter, James's son. There he also became an Animagus, a dog. Sirius has a motorcycle on which he takes Remus and their child for rides. Sirius is a tall, fairly muscular man, with dark brown hair, gray eyes always with mischief and fun. He is impulsive, sometimes hot-tempered, but a loving husband and father. Always ready to protect his family, he is sometimes irresponsible, but he is a rare rebel.
