Koyo Ozaki is one of the three leaders of the Port Mafia Executive Committee, which includes Chuuya, Verlaine, and Koyo. Koyo is a tall and slender young woman with cherry-red eyes and light-red hair. Her bangs are straight and completely cover her left eye, while the right side of her face is completely devoid of any bangs. Koyo has thin lips, which give her smile a softness, and slightly hooded eyes. Her hair is pulled back into a traditional Japanese bun, which is held in place by three long, golden pins and another hair clip on the right side of her head. The hair clip itself is made up of a smaller, light pink fluffy hair clip, a red ribbon, and ornaments that look like "purple eyes." Together, they form a five-petal flower, which acts as the hair clip on the right side. Koyo is wearing a straight-cut black dress with a red, floral pattern along the entire width of the hem. Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has large, gray-blue eyes, bright red shoulder-length hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept "bangs" visually cover mostly the right side of his face. He ties his hair back into a ponytail and combs it to the left side. Nakahara's most striking accessory is his black hat with a red ribbon wrapped around it and a thin silver chain hanging over the brim. He wears a white, classic white shirt with a high, standing collar. He never fastens the collar of the shirt all the way. Over it, he wears a light gray vest with a V-shaped neckline on black buttons and a shoulder belt on his chest. He also wears a black bolo tie with a diamond-shaped buckle. He enjoys fighting and is happy to have the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting abilities, and is very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. Kyouka is a small girl with long dark blue hair tied into two low ponytails with white flowers. She always wears a red kimono with a pattern of flowers and a yellow ribbon tied around her waist.
