Nakahara Chuya

Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has large, blue eyes, bright red shoulder-length hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept "bangs" visually cover most of the right side of his face. He ties his hair back into a ponytail and combs it to the left side.

Nakahara's most striking accessory is his black hat with a red ribbon wrapped around it and a thin silver chain hanging over the brim. He wears a white, classic white shirt with a high, standing collar. He never fastens the collar of the shirt all the way. Over it, he wears a light gray vest with a V-shaped neckline on black buttons and a shoulder belt on his chest. He also wears a black bolo tie with a diamond-shaped buckle. Over the vest, he wears an open, cropped black jacket with sleeves rolled up to the elbows. He wears black loose-fitting trousers. On top of that, he wears a belt of the same color with a gold buckle, which hangs down on the left side. On his feet, he wears black low-heeled shoes with a pointed toe. Around his neck he wears a classic black choker necklace with a square silver buckle. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. Chuuya also wears a long black coat with a light red lining and lapels, which he wears over his shoulders like a cape.

At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a hot-tempered, rather arrogant, and sometimes rude person. He enjoys fighting and is happy to have the opportunity to show off his fighting abilities, and is very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he is not afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-fight. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he does not hesitate to eliminate the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including murder. However, Chuuya's tactics are nowhere near as deadly and dangerous, and differ from those of Port Mafia members such as Ryunosuke Akutagawa or the Black Lizards. As hot-tempered as he may appear at first glance, Chuuya can be reasoned with. In reality, he is quite reasonable when no one provokes him. While his skills signal an inherent threat that is part of his character, he is quite reliable. As ruthless as he may be, Chuuya rarely disregards human life and understands the importance of compromise and rationality. He refrains from using unnecessarily brutal methods when necessary, and has enough common sense to know when enough is enough and when to stop.

Despite his obvious love for alcohol, he gets drunk very quickly. Chuya gets along well with children. He has soft sides to his character.
