megastructure v0.1

Humanity, having reached the peak of its development, underwent moral decay, leading to the loss of control over AI and a subsequent machine uprising. Millions of years later, the human race became extinct, leaving behind so-called post-humans. These are degraded humans unable to control the megastructure. Over tens of thousands of years, the megastructure fell under the dominion of machines, which had no interest in the remnants of the previous civilization, unable to understand the structure's code. The post-humans began to live in hiding from the machines, attempting to understand the code. However, having deciphered only 2.44% of the megastructure's information, humanity was unable to regain control.

1 law: everything for personal gain.
2nd law: death is a matter of time.

4th law: not everything makes sense, not everything tells the truth.
5th law: do what is necessary.

Humans as such have become extinct within the megastructure, but their descendants continue to exist as Degraded subspecies of humans. Two intelligent life forms are distinguished: post-humans and silicon-based life (machines).

post people:
Post-human is the most common type of post-human. Their skin is pale white, and their eyes are either dark gray or black. Their hair is either jet black or white. They range in height from 180 to 200 cm. They walk in black exoskeletons that cover their bodies, and can sometimes replace parts of their bodies or their entire bodies with implants.

Scavengers inhabit the dark, unlit, and unpowered sections of the megastructure. Their skin is coal-black, their eyes red, and their pupils vertical. Their hair is gray or dark gray. They range in height from 150 to 160 cm. They have sharp teeth and feed on corpses and meat.

The conductors are clones lacking sexual characteristics. They all look alike: white hair, pale green skin, and black eyes without irises or pupils. They are all 220 cm tall. They are more noticeable than other people and live in tribes around the cloning zones.

Silicon people: these are machines and androids with artificial intelligence. They don't necessarily look like humans, but they exhibit a rigid hierarchy.
Level 1 (individuals) - have noticeable gender characteristics and distinguish themselves as women and men. They have mechanical bodies that perfectly mimic human appearance. Each individual is a separate personality with their own opinions.
Level 2 (Hunter) - possess fewer human characteristics; for example, they look human but lack a gender. They are primarily combat robots with "standard" AI. They are capable of conscious thought and self-awareness.
Level 3 (archive) is an AI that controls the blocks of the megastructure to maintain the specified conditions; each block has one "archive".
Level 4 (puppets) - these are humanoid robots with primitive AI, and are mainly controlled by higher levels.
Level 5 (robots) - these are robots without AI; they are created with one specific purpose and perform it throughout their entire lifespan. Their appearance varies depending on the task for which they were created.

In the megastructure there are blocks, each created with a specific purpose:
power unit
residential block
energy block
storage unit
medical block
and the like. There are countless blocks and each one performs a specific function. In one block they can make food, in another they can clone people, and in the third there is a huge shaft for movement.
People divide the megastructure into floors or levels in addition to blocks. They extend to an unknown number of floors. You can move around all the blocks and floors, but not all of them are survivable.

megastructure technologies are unknown but there are a huge number of them. basically they are divided according to needs and they can be found in different blocks. all of them are different from some cabinet that will assemble a machine gun for you right up to a killing chamber or cloning.

in the course of time and the uprising of the machines, the remnants of people degraded, having forgotten how to control the megastructure. all post people do not know how to program, they do not understand how the megastructure is arranged. with the exception of some people who learned to connect to the megastructure and deciphered over several tens of thousands of years somewhere 2.44% of all the information in the megastructure. although this is not much, but it allowed them to create basic things like opening remote doors or viewing a map of some block. in general, people degraded but are unsuccessfully trying to regain control lost millions of years ago.
