Deadly Beetle's Stand

•Stand by Me: This is a technique of the Deadly Scarab Stand that consists of using its claws and arms to trap the enemy while the specter runs at high speed; once it has the enemy, Scarab begins to crush the opponent with the weight of its body.

Aiacos orders Stand to attack the "human shield," causing several soldiers to fall defeated. Seeing this, Stand mocks the Saints, telling them that the "bonds" are nothing more than a dream of the Saints. After this, Stand asks his lord if he was right; in response, Aiacos decapitates Stand, commenting that it was a pity that the latter thought that. 247 years later, Stand's soul comes back to life. Stand is in charge of guarding the Fifth Prison, the tombs, where heretics who have not followed the divine will burn buried and rot in fiery tombs. After the arrival of the Saints, Stand confronts Kanon of Gemini, who defeats him easily.

This event inspires several soldiers to join this "shield." Seeing this, Stand becomes angry and comments on their audacity, deciding to destroy the Ship of Hope by attacking it with his fist. However, it doesn't penetrate the "shield" formed by Athena's army. In response, the Bronze Saints tell him they can also do something if they set their minds to it. At that moment, a powerful cosmos approaches and calls out to Stand, surprising the Specter, who hadn't expected him to appear on the battlefield in person. The Skeletons begin to kneel. The voice questions Stand about why they take so long to eliminate the Saints. At that moment, a huge ship forces its way through several Skeletons. Inside the ship is a Specter carrying the corpse of Violate. That Specter comments that he has "stained his right wing" and that this "filth" can only be cleansed and purified with the blood of Athena's army. This Specter, none other than Aiacos of Garuda, mockingly comments that protecting something by risking their lives is the "bond" that Athena's army possesses, which is great, even though it's a "bond" that will one day be broken. At that moment, Stand and the Skeletons call out the name of their lord, who decides to ask the enemy army what they believe is the strongest "bond" in the world. Junkers replies that it's obvious, as they fight to protect the same thing. The Wolf Saint concludes by saying that this is a "bond" for them. Hearing this, Aiacos replies that he understands, as they possess an unshakeable will, and understands that the "bond" that unites them is friendship. He states that hearing this makes him nervous, so he decides to "test" that "bond."

Stand was one of the Specters under the orders of Aiacos of the Garuda, who were sent to destroy the Ship of Hope. Stand resumes his fight against Yato, while Bleriot of the Lesser Lion, Curtiss of the Hydra, Douglas of the Great Bear, and Junkers of the Wolf witness the combat. The latter questions who the Specter is. Stand is surprised that Junkers can still speak in a "dying" state, so he decides to grant his wish and reveals his name. Stand also mentions that he arrived on the battlefield after Violate of the Behemoth with the objective of destroying the Ship of Hope and assassinating all the members of Athena's army there. Stand then comments that he owes Yato one, so he decides to "play" a little longer, impacting the Unicorn Saint against the floor. The Specter continues talking, mentioning that soon the army led by Aiacos will arrive to assassinate Athena's army. Later, when the place is completely surrounded by Hades' army, he mocks the Saints for thinking they could reach Lost Canvas using a dirty ship, and decides to destroy the ship to end all the Saints' hopes. Yato comments that they will not allow Stand to lay a hand on the Ship of Hope and that they still have one "hope" left. Hearing this, Stand grabs the Unicorn Saint and throws him into the air, commenting that if that "hope" is Leo, he tells him it's useless to wait for him because Violate's mission was to eliminate the Leo Saint. He further comments that the rest of Athena's army are nothing more than "parasites" of the Gold Saints and that, being "insects," they must be exterminated, while extending his hands as a signal for several Skeletons to attack. However, Bleriot, Curtiss, Douglas, and Junkers position themselves in front of Yato as a "human shield" to protect him and the Ship of Hope.

Stand is one of the Specters who attack the hometown of Tenma, Sasha, and Alone in Italy. After murdering all the inhabitants and completely destroying the city, the Specters retreat with their lord. Stand intercepts Tenma, Yato, and Yuzuriha as they escape from Yomotsu Hill. The Specter comments that he had come to see what caused the strange explosion in the blood waterfall. Stand tells them he will end the Saints' lives right there. At that moment, the Specter raises his leg and slams it into the ground with great force. Seeing this, Yato stays to fight, allowing Yuzuriha and Tenma to escape from the Underworld. Yato is saved by the Sword of Athena, which returns him to the world of the living. Although Yato is no problem for Stand, who easily dominates the fight, the Unicorn Saint gets up and attacks the Specter, telling him not to underestimate him. However, Yato's attack does not harm Stand, who replies that it is the Unicorn Saint who should not underestimate him and immediately attacks him with his Stand by Me. Yato is wounded on the ground and knows that if this continues, he will not be able to resist much longer, but he promised to return to the Sanctuary and he will. The Unicorn Saint grips the sacred sword that Jamir's master gave him as protection and tells himself that he will not die. In his mind, he sees the image of Athena and thinks he would like to see her at least once more. The Unicorn Saint becomes enraged and prepares to attack. A light completely covers him, and a moment later his body vanishes without a trace.

Stand is portrayed as a warrior confident in his power, demonstrating loyalty to his leader. He is also shown as someone who considers his enemies mere insects, seeking to extinguish all their hopes, whether through words or brute force. This Specter believes that "bonds" are nothing more than a saint's dream, a belief that would cost him his life, as he would be beheaded by his leader.
