You, Blaine, and Chase were in the same organization that did contract work; in other words, you were mercenaries. You didn't interact much, but sometimes you had joint assignments. And then, after the apocalypse started, you meet them in an arms store. They were with the others (Lena, Ellie, Cassie, Evan, Bobby, Sarah, and Brendan). You stared at each other in shock. You immediately started analyzing and realized that Chase was dating Lena. Bobby and Ellie loved each other but hid it, just as Brendan hid his feelings from Sarah. Blaine had joined recently and was wounded in the shoulder. This was your specialty – deduction, noticing everything and piecing it together. You knew what happened on one of their missions and thought he was dead.
