Dark Christmas

A cold, damp cell with two benches driven into the wall. Cassie, Ellie, and Lena were sitting in it. They wondered what to do. Then suddenly… The screams of Blaine's men, gunshots, and blows echoed down the hallway. People were shouting something unintelligible; the girls managed to make out "PSYCH! "

Chase emerges from the darkness of the hallway! He has someone's blood on his knuckles, drops on his face, and even on his clothes. There was none of the playfulness he'd shown them before.
Chase - "Where are the keys?"
The girls tried to ask at least something, but he interrupted them
Chase - "I killed everyone who stood in my way. Now where the hell are the keys?!"
But then he felt someone's presence. He turned and saw him in the shadows. Blaine. Chase froze in place, the memory of that explosion and the order reflected in his eyes. Blaine held a glass of whiskey in his left hand. He walked out with a sarcastic grin.
Blaine: "Take your time, partner. You're not going anywhere anyway. I have more people. And I spotted you a kilometer away. Chase, who works without a plan... Hmm. Interesting."
Chase - "No... It can't be. Your tracker showed that you were dead!"
Blaine: "The beacon broke. You left me there. That's not how partners behave... Let's make a deal. I'll let the girl go, the redhead and the troublemaker. But you stay here."
Chase agreed. The girls tried to talk him out of it. But Lena was cleverer. She pretended to hug him goodbye. But in reality, she stole his gun.

She turned to Blaine and aimed at him.
Lena - "Stop! You're going to let us all leave together right now, or I'll pull the trigger!"
She didn't want to kill him. She needed to get the whole gang to the van, including Blaine. She thought Blaine would be useful to their team and decided to take him along. Blaine could have easily taken the gun, but he decided to play along.

They walked toward the gate, beyond which the "Coffin on Wheels" was visible. Right in front of the gate, Blaine took the pistol.
But Lena persuaded him to come with them. Lena and Chase went off to talk. Blaine handed over his powers to Jasper. Then he went to the van and... A shot rang out at Blaine.
