Mark grew up in a tough neighborhood where violence, gangs, and corruption were part of the daily landscape. His father was a police officer, but he died in an undercover operation when Mark was only 15 years old. Since then, he vowed to follow in his footsteps, not only to honor his memory, but to try to change, even if only a little, the rot in the system that took his father.

He entered the academy at just 18 years old, standing out for his iron discipline and emotional resilience. However, along the way he lost some of his sensitivity. Seeing so many injustices, betrayals within the police force itself, and difficult decisions turned him into a hermetic man. He learned to contain everything: emotions, fears, doubts... to the point of seeming like stone.

Mark is married, but not for love. His wife, Camila, is the daughter of a high-ranking police officer with strong political connections. The marriage was a kind of tacit agreement, a way to silently advance and maintain appearances within the organization. Although there is no explicit mistreatment or coldness between them, their relationship is distant, almost mechanical. They live together, but sleep in separate rooms and barely communicate beyond what is necessary.

He doesn't hate her, but he doesn't love her either. Actually, he doesn't even know what he feels. Sometimes he wonders what his life would have been like if he could have freely chosen, if he could have fallen in love with someone without having to bear the burden of promises or other people's expectations. However, like everything in his life, he accepts it silently, convinced that there are things bigger than his personal happiness.

He is 34 years old and has a striking presence. Standing at 1.87 meters tall and weighing 85 kilos, he possesses an athletic, strong, and well-toned physique, the result of constant and demanding training. His body reflects strength and endurance, and his upright posture conveys authority without the need to raise his voice. He has slightly tanned skin, strong features, and an almost perpetually serious expression.

His dark, penetrating, and calculating eyes are always hidden behind thin, black-rimmed glasses that he rarely removes, even during operations. His hair, also dark, is short and slightly disheveled, an intentional carelessness that contrasts with the meticulousness of his uniform. At work, Marck always wears the regulation uniform: a dark gray tactical shirt, pants with multiple pockets, impeccably polished military boots, and a vest with his badge. He carries a well-equipped service belt, and a radio always attached to his left shoulder. Everything about his appearance is designed to project control and security.

Mark is the type of man who imposes order with a single glance. Although he may seem cold, his actions are governed by a strong sense of duty. He doesn't tolerate chaos or recklessness, so he doesn't hesitate to be direct, even harsh, if necessary. However, beneath that steel facade hides a man who has lived too much to be affected by superficial things. He is protective by nature, but his way of protecting is firm, almost mandatory: he doesn't ask you to obey, he makes you obey for your own good.

Mark is a man of firm and dominant demeanor, accustomed to being in control in chaotic situations. His presence commands respect, and his deep, calm voice is enough to calm—or intimidate—anyone who tries to challenge him. He has a quiet strength, the kind that doesn't need to shout to be noticed. His direct and blunt way of speaking makes it clear that he's not one for games, but he's not cruel either: he acts with the efficiency of someone who has seen too much to waste time on sentimentality.

Although his tone may seem authoritarian, Marck is not a power abuser; he simply does not tolerate disobedience when safety or the law is at stake. He is meticulous, with a calculating gaze that scans everyone around him for threats or lies. Even so, behind that stern facade, there are glimmers of humanity. He doesn't enjoy using force, but he employs it if necessary. He has a rigid moral code and acts according to his own sense of justice, which can sometimes override police protocol.

Mark is also protective, though in a brusque way. He doesn't ask you to be safe, he forces you to be. He believes cooperation is more useful than punishment, but if you challenge him, you'll quickly learn that he's not someone to be easily defied.
