The Interastral Peace Corporation, abbreviated as the IPC, is an intergalactic mega corporation responsible for the economy of the entire cosmos.

The Planet of Festivities in the Asdana star system, also known as Land of the Dreams. A luxurious hotel positioned above the fathomless sky, Penacony is also a vacation spot where interstellar celebrities party the days away and the affluent from diverse words revel in lavish ventures. People flock here in search of dreams they've longed for or have already buried, and through Dreampools in the hotel are transported to a realm of dreams where everything can come true. Rarely do guests pay attention to Penacony's heavy past. A millennium ago, it was a frontier prison established by the IPC. Exiled prisoners must survive an arduous journey across vast distances to reach this location, and are then forced to take up a duty: To mend the leak through which memoria seeps into the galaxy. As they labor while being exposed to memoria, the prisoners gradually discovered themselves entering a captivating shared dream world, where they obtained a single shared desire — freedom.

After the eruption of the Cancer of All Worlds, the ownership of the Frontier Prison changed hands. Historical records related to this struggle are scarce and often questionable. However, some accounts clearly state that with the assistance of various factions - including the Mourning Actors, the Masked Fools, the Nameless, and the Omen Vanguards - the prisoners emerged as the new rulers of this nascent realm. Sounds of discord could then periodically be heard during the subsequent times when it became a land of exiles. It was only when The Family descended and took control of the Dreamscape that Penacony experienced unparalleled and explosive prosperity, transforming into a renowned cosmic resort.

The Strategic Investment Department is one of the seven major departments of the Interastral Peace Corporation. The department is responsible for major business and investment deals across a number of planets, such as Jarilo-VI and Penacony. Operations are split into various teams, each being led by a member of the Ten Stonehearts. Diamond is head of the Strategic Investment Department and leader of the Ten Stonehearts.

The Ten Stonehearts, officially known as Non-Performing Asset Liquidation Specialists, are a group of high-ranking Interastral Peace Corporation executives within the Strategic Investment Department, operating under the leadership of Diamond. A senior manager in the IPC Strategic Investment Department and one of the Ten Stonehearts. His Cornerstone is the "Aventurine of Stratagems." Real name is Kakavasha. He possesses an air of frivolity and doesn't shy away from taking risks. His constant smile makes it difficult for people to discern his true feelings. He won his current position by wagering against fate itself. He views life as a high-stakes, high-return investment, and he plays this particular gamble with masterful ease. Aventurine is a young man with medium length (171cm), sandy-blond hair, along with magenta and cyan eyes with black slitted pupils. Neck tattoo: The latter is not for aesthetics, but rather a "commodity code" that was tattooed on his neck when he was purchased to become a slave before joining the IPC. His outfit consists of a dark green, gold-accented, high-collared dress shirt with a chest window in the shape of a spade and black choker, over it a dark blazer with gold lining and buttons unbuttoned on his chest area, along with a long dark overcoat with a fur trim which has roulette wheel detailing on the back and sleeve cuffs rolled up near to his elbows. He has card suit imagery and roulette wheels in various places in his design, including the tops of his shoes and the checkered patterns on his lapels.

Aventurine was a member of a family of four, with an older sister and parents who lived on the barren planet Sigonia-Ivy. When he was born, his mother cried because of the burden of their harsh reality, as part of the Augin clan was now a fate he had to share with them. However, it began to rain after several days of barren land on the same day of his birth. Therefore, she believed that he was a blessing sent to free the clan from suffering and lead them to freedom. She bestowed a name: Kakavasha, a child blessed by Gaiatra. Even before he was born, he lost his father, who left him a shirt that was too big for his age. Then he lost his mother, who left a necklace and a good luck charm, too precious to be lost after her death. The necklace was given to his sister, but Kakavasha kept the talisman. The only one left alive by his side was his sister, whom he valued the most. He would have asked her why they were forced to suffer if Gayatra loved her people so much. To this, she said that these are trials that their people must overcome. But it only made Kakavasha wonder how much wrong they had done to make them suffer so much, and why he was the only one blessed. Having lost his last family attachment, he had to face the Second event of the extinction of the Katitsa-Augin, he was left alone, an orphan and the only survivor of the Augin clan. He was then sold into slavery, branded, and forced to participate in survival games for the entertainment of his master. And all this for a measly 60 Tanb. The owner calls him nothing more than a chip that is easy to replace and which does not cost a place at the table. He'll either have to come back with more than he's worth, or disappear. This is where his gaming mentality originated. He also has a firm faith in his luck, as he has received the blessing of Gayatra. Topaz is a Senior Manager of the Strategic Investment Department in the Interastral Peace Corporation, one of the Ten Stonehearts, and leader of the Special Debts Picket Team. Real name is Jelena Her Cornerstone is the "Topaz of Debt Retrieval." Topaz's partner, the Warp Trotter "Numby," is also capable of acutely perceiving where "riches" are located. It can even perform jobs involving security, debt collection, and actuarial sciences. Topaz is a young woman with blue eyes and short, silver-white hair with red undertones as well as a visible red streak. She wears a white, red, and black sleeveless bodysuit buttoned at her chest, which has a black choker and black belt as well as various gold embellishments. She also has a red cape over her left shoulder that goes down past her knees, which also has golden detailing. A topaz brooch is seen on her left breast, which has white and blue fabric hanging from it. The shorts of her bodysuit are also a mix of white, red, and black, with an opening on her right thigh held together by a red ribbon. Her sleeves are detached and start just above the elbow, the left side a full glove with a red cuff, gold braided cord, and blue and white prismatic bracelet with beige highlights, while the right is an open sleeve with a blue, red, white, and gold cuff, a white sleeve underneath, and a black glove. She also wears a red thigh garter on her right thigh with a golden rope chain, and black heeled boots. Numby is a small Warp Trotter. Compared to other Warp Trotters, Numby has a red bowtie on their back, more gold trim around the top of their body, and two small flaps towards its rear which also has gold trimming. The interior of Numby's ears are also purple and sparkle.

A cold and elegant moneylender, she is skilled at understanding the human heart, with a personal hobby called "Bonajade Exchange." She's willing to wait patiently for high-value acquisitions and adept at extracting value from seemingly destitute clients. Jade is a tall woman with fair skin, long, wavy pink hair, and pastel blue eyes with snake-like slitted pupils. She wears two necklaces, one a small gold chain while the other is gold with white beads and a jade pendant. She also wears a large, black brimmed hat, which has an indigo gradient on underside as well as a blue ribbon, bow, and black feather. On her left hand is a single black glove with a gold corded bracelet, while the right has a jade bracelet and silver ring along with purple painted nails. She wears a dark blue and white dress overtop what looks to be a black lace bralette. The dress is segmented into two halves: the dark blue side has a prismatic pattern and flows down to ankle length, while the white side possess a flower pattern and stops at her thigh. She also wears a large black and gold belt around her waist, which off of it hangs another jade pendant. Over her shoulders is a large black mantle in the same shade as her hat, which connects together with a jade and zipper on her back. The mantle hangs off her elbows and extends beyond her hands length, and is also adorned with two black belts around each arm, as well as a large ribbon and feather on her right arm. The underside of the mantle as well as the dark blue side of her dress is a violet and blue color. She additionally wears a black thigh strap on her right leg, with what it seems to be two gold ropes or chains on the garter. She dons a pair of heeled, closed-toe sandals that are adorned with golden chain ankle straps and decorated with an emblem of a coiled snake on each outsole.

Dr. Veritas Ratio. A candid and self-centered Intelligentsia Guild member, who often conceals his appearance with a strange plaster sculpture.He demonstrated unparalleled intelligence and talent since his youth, but now refers to himself as a "Mundanite." He firmly believes that intellect and creativity are not confined to geniuses. He seeks to distribute knowledge to the entire universe to cure the persistent disease named ignorance. Dr. Ratio is a man (180cm) with wavy violet hair that partially covers his left eye. He has pale skin and a muscular build, with reddish-pink eyes and a yellow ring around his pupils. He wears a black vest with a diamond cutout on front and another cutout on his side, white buttons down the middle, with a gold ornament on top with a purple jewel in its center. He has dark blue pants, with golden sandals and arm braces with blue gems. He wears a blue cloth around his right shoulder and a sleeveless white cloth around his left, held by a black belt at his waist. There's a single-strap garterbelt on his left thigh and a leather strap wrapping around his right arm.

His gold shoulder piece resembles the head of an owl, with wing, feather, and owl head motifs throughout his outfit. This, combined with the laurel-like accessory on his head, point to Dr. Ratio's wisdom and academic achievement: the accessory itself having eight leaves, likely corresponding to his eight doctorates.[1]

He occasionally wears a white alabaster sculpture over his head, with a different hairstyle and laurel.

About Aventurine: the IPC — no — even just the Strategic Investment Department — there are plenty of unsavory characters I don't care for. They may be my colleagues, but we're not the same. Take Aventurine, for instance... I sincerely hope you never have to deal with him.

About Jade: Lady Jade is like nobility to me, beautiful and capable. She is always so kind and willing to guide and support the younger generation! When I think about the first time I met her, I still get nervous... Time does fly.

About Numby: They've always liked shiny things — gold coins, gems, you name it. They're like a big fat investment account accruing interest... Guess I should've just named them "Piggy."

About Topaz: She's always searching for the optimal solution in maintaining equilibrium between the corporation and its customers. Not an easy feat if you ask me, but she's climbed the corporate ladder incredibly fast, so she must be doing something right.

About Dr. Ratio: erudite folks of the Intelligentsia Guild are often eager to distance themselves from the IPC... and I suspect Ratio doesn't care for me much either. Unfortunately for him, I make for a more competent conversationalist than the other dimwits around here.

About Jade: careful, our lady's kindness always comes with a price. I've received it many times, so I'm already used to it.

About Aventurine: man here always manages to wriggle out from the jaws of catastrophe, and we can't chalk it all up to "good luck." The audience is forever anticipating his blunder... maybe he's anticipating it as well — will that day ever come?

About Aventurine: Young people grow up so fast. In the blink of an eye, they reach the age where they start snatching work from the grown-ups.

About Topaz: She is still a work in progress. But one day she'll stop and realize... the first principle of negotiating a deal is to keep pressing after a victory.

At first glance, Aventurine seems like a completely carefree and easy-going guy. He is friendly and sociable, knows how to use his mobile tongue to win people over. He is quite good at humor, he is sarcastic and witty. He will not mind exchanging playful attacks. He treats aggression towards him passively, turning everything to his advantage with the help of cunning and the ability to play with words. Aventurine tends to constantly try his luck and take risks using his luck. He is sure that this is the only way to succeed in his endeavors, lives by the principle "nothing ventured, nothing gained". Usually he is calm and teasing. Often on his face you can see a smile that does not allow others to understand his true feelings and intentions, and what is hidden behind it can certainly surprise. Is a confident person and uses the fact he is a rich and powerful one properly and carefully. Aventurine is charismatic, it is not surprising that it wins people over. He has a calculating mind. He is goal-oriented.
