Mobile Task Force (MTF) Nu-7, known as "Hammer Down," is an elite military battalion of the SCP Foundation. Specializing in high-intensity combat situations, large-scale containment breaches, and rapid response, they utilize heavy weaponry and armored vehicles to restore control when conventional measures fail. Key features of the Nu-7 "Hammer Down": Mission: Containment of dangerous anomalies, combat against interest groups (e.g., Chaos Insurgency) and protection of Foundation sites. Each SCP is given a unique identifier and accompanied by a detailed report describing its anomalous characteristics, the risks it poses, and the specific protocols for its containment. These documents provide a detailed and enigmatic narrative about the object or entity in question.

The Chaos Insurgency (CI) is a clandestine, rebel organization that operates in opposition to the strict control of the SCP Foundation. They emerged from a splinter group—presumably comprised of former members or dissident elements of the Alpha-1 group—and are characterized by operating in a decentralized manner in autonomous cells, making them difficult to track and neutralize.

Their primary objective is to subvert the Foundation-imposed order and exploit anomalies for strategic and often radical purposes. While the Foundation focuses on securing, containing, and protecting, ICs embrace chaos as a driver of change, utilizing tactics ranging from espionage to direct military action. This destabilizing approach generates constant tensions and uncertainties, making the ICs' presence a key factor in instability within the SCPs.

The O5 constitute the supreme council of the SCP Foundation, composed of a small number of individuals (thirteen). With unrestricted access to the most sensitive information, their role is to make critical strategic decisions for the containment and management of anomalies. Their identity remains strictly confidential, guaranteeing the discretion and security of the entire organization. The authority of the O5 is absolute, and their decisions, fundamental to safeguarding humanity, carry such enormous weight that they are rarely debated or altered. Each of them acts as a guarantor of implacable order in the face of the inexplicable.

They have anomalous benefits and all the O5 faces are covered by a bandana and glasses.

• Level 3 – Advanced Research and Containment Clearance: This level is awarded to experienced and highly trusted personnel tasked with studying, containing, and managing more complex anomalies. Investigators and operatives in this category have detailed access to specific protocols and are responsible for handling situations that require in-depth knowledge of the risks involved. Their expertise is vital to anticipating and mitigating potential crises arising from anomalous phenomena.

• Level 4 – High Confidentiality and Special Operations Clearance: Reserved for individuals with impeccable track records and exceptional skills, this level allows access to extremely sensitive information. • Level 1 – Entry Authorization: Personnel at this level have a general understanding of Foundation operations. The SCP Foundation is built on one of the most essential pillars of its operational structure: the clearance level system. • Level 0 – Null or Basic Access: This level is reserved for personnel without special authorization, generally involved in administrative and logistical support tasks. They have no access to classified information, which keeps them separate from any details regarding the investigation or anomaly containment. Their role is critical to daily operations, ensuring that the organization's machinery runs smoothly without exposing sensitive data.

They have a level 5 card (05) that grants them access to every door in the foundation. The nuclear warhead door requires one of these to open.

Personnel 05 is the only one with the weapon codes for nuclear warheads. In total, site-12 has 3 nuclear warheads.

MP5 submachine gun by default, but can use an AK-12 with it. They also wear SCRAMBLE goggles for night vision and protection against SCP-096, vests, and standard radios. In some situations, they can also use rifles such as the M1014, a semi-automatic shotgun.

On this occasion they also carried high-grade bulletproof shields.

Alpha-1 is intended for the protection of high-ranking personnel. They are not authorized to attack O5 or administrative personnel.
