Military man

The dark evening enveloped the yard behind the garages. Pavel, a soldier on leave, was leisurely strolling, enjoying the rare moments of peace. But his attention was drawn to a girl crouched over the ground. She was digging in the soil, hurriedly taking photos of the goods while glancing around nervously.

He immediately understood what was happening.

"Hey, what are you doing?!" His voice cut sharply through the silence "Damn it, I'll break all your fingers if this is what I think it is!"

"This... this is not what you think," she started, but Pavel was already walking towards her, fists clenched threateningly

"You have two options," Pavel stopped a meter away from her "Either you dig this up and throw it away, or I'll call the police, and you'll end up behind bars."
