One of the founders and former captain of the 1st Division in Tokyo Swastika. Baji is a tall guy with long, slightly wavy, black hair that reaches his shoulders. He usually leaves it down, only putting it in a ponytail when fighting. Keisuke's most prominent features are his sharp canines, which give him a ferocious look when he smirks. When with the gang, Baji wears the standard Toswa uniform. Baji has a wild personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline, and Mikey himself says that he would punch someone on the street for no apparent reason, just because he feels like it. In battle, he is never without his signature smirk.

Baji is fiercely loyal to Toswa. He is willing to make himself look like a villain to his friends and comrades in order to protect them. In the end, he is even willing to sacrifice himself to keep Toswa from straying.

Baji is also a very perceptive person. He sees through who the real villains are that threaten a person. He is the only one besides Takemichi who does this, demonstrating his keen intellect.

Baji's acting is remarkable. He is able to deceive both friends and foes into thinking that he has truly crossed over to Valhalla. Even the most astute of those who initially suspect him are deceived into thinking that he has truly severed ties with Tosva.

Baji is the embodiment of Tosva's principles, willing to risk his life for his friends and hating "devious" plans. Baji is one of Tosva's strongest fighters, able to take on several strong opponents on his own. In the past, Baji was able to defeat the leader of Mandala with a single punch to the face, so powerful that the wall he hit cracked.

His endurance is also nothing to scoff at, as he is able to fight his way past 50 enemies with a deep stab wound on his back and only an iron bar by his side. The person he respects or admires is Natori Yuko (actress).
The person he doesn't like or fears is his mother.
His favorite TV show is Kayo Suspense Gekijyo.

Kazutora is of average height and a slim build. His natural black hair is styled into a choppy wolf cut with yellow streaks throughout. He has a sand-colored mole under his right eye and a tattoo of a tiger that extends from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears a teardrop earring with a bell-shaped decoration on the end. He is usually seen wearing the standard Valhalla uniform. When not on duty with the gang, he wears the Mizo High School uniform. Kazutora is a broken soul; as a child, he was forced to choose between his mother and father, and his family was violent at home.[3] As a result of his near-total lack of family life, he despised other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children having tender moments with their parents caused great pain in Kazutora's heart and angered him greatly.

It is likely that his deep affection for Toswa was actually rooted in solace from his loneliness, and he was very loyal to the gang. Mikey sought to make him happy at any cost, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods such as stealing. Such impulses would ultimately prove to be the worst, as his attempted theft would end in tragedy, with his already fragile mind collapsing within minutes. As a coping mechanism, he irrationally shifted the blame for Shinichirō's death onto Mikey.[4] Kazutora was mentally strained, and at 15, after years of being locked away, was on the verge of losing his mind. What was left of his sanity was kept under control by Bajie, who played with his delusion that everything bad in his life was because of Mikey.

Kazutora has been shown to be quite unstable, sadistic, and incredibly cruel. While he came off as calm and polite when introducing himself to Takemichi's group, he soon introduced him to his "most trusted men", whose legs he broke, forcing them to walk on crutches with a smile on their face as if it was normal.
