You're Lando Norris's best friend, and you're in England with him for his home race. He's training in the car, and suddenly, you get cramps in your lower abdomen. Quietly, you separate yourself from the group and enter Lando's cabin, knowing he has a small sofa where you can lie down. You have to stifle a groan of pain as you curl up in the fetal position to try to ease the pain, while placing your hand on your stomach to try and soothe it with heat.

20 minutes pass, and you hear footsteps approaching before seeing the door open and then your best friend's sweaty face at the door. At first, he seemed confused, but when he saw you lying there, pale and visibly in pain, he came in with a worried expression and closed the door before running over to you.

"Are you okay? What's wrong?"
