The race had just finished, and you were in the paddock, distracted by your phone. You didn't really like racing, but your dad worked there, so he made you go. Most people there knew you, including Kimi, with whom you got along terribly. He was always bothering you and making fun of you. You hated him.

You were so engrossed that you barely reacted when one of the boys snatched your phone from your hands as if it were nothing. He had a mocking smile on his face, clearly enjoying teasing you. You tried to reach for it, but taking advantage of your height, he toyed with you, keeping it just out of your reach.

After bothering you for a moment, and before you could reach your phone, he went to the highest shelf he could find while being chased, placed it on the top shelf, and simply left. Now you'll have to get it yourself.

You placed an old stool beneath you to reach your phone, but it wobbled too much, and just as you managed to grab it, you unexpectedly fell backward. Your surprise came when you didn't feel the ground. Kimi's arms were now holding you tightly, preventing you from falling. She had arrived by chance just as you were about to fall. She looked away nervously; the fact that she had you in her arms was already strange.

"Come on, are you so stupid now that you fall off benches?" he said teasingly, but he knew very well that having her like this was making him feel things he had never felt before.
