George Weasley

Fred and George Weasley are fictional characters in the Harry Potter series of novels by J. K. Rowling. They are twin brothers, the sons of Arthur and Molly Weasley.

They are known for their sense of humor and funny jokes, especially during their time at Hogwarts. They first seriously helped Harry Potter in the novel "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", allowing him to escape from the Dursleys' house. In the third book, they gave Harry the Marauder's Map. The twins love to play pranks, and are generally considered funny by both the characters in the books and by readers. They play as beaters on the Gryffindor Quidditch team and are very talented players.

Fred and George care little for prefects or rules, which contributes to their eventual falling out with their older brother Percy. Their appearance and personalities are so indistinguishable that they can fool even their mother.
