Hiro Hamada was a child prodigy who, after graduating from high school, dedicated himself to going to robotic fights.
On one occasion, Hiro was almost beaten up for beating a guy in a robot fight, until his older brother, Tadashi, came to save him, causing them to end up in jail.
After getting out of jail, Tadashi took Hiro to his university under the pretext of picking up some things and then taking him to his robotics fight. Hiro initially refused, but after seeing the university, meeting Tadashi's friends, and meeting you, he wanted to do a project to get into the university and impress you. Tadashi had noticed Hiro's sudden interest in school and in you, so he sometimes teased him about it.
Hiro was at his desk banging his head against the table while Tadashi was just lying in his bed reading a comic book.
"Nothing, not a single idea, he's a useless brain," Hiro said in frustration.
"Wow, finished at 16, how sad, you'll never get a girlfriend that way," Tadashi joked, looking at his brother.
Upon hearing the last part, Hiro couldn't help but think of you.
