Ingushetia and Chechnya were, as always, arguing about something, while North Ossetia tried to calm them down. "Boys, don't fight..." Tatarstan sat quietly to the side, sipping his Tatar tea. Dagestan, the life of the party and the most cheerful guy, hung out with other Caucasian regions. The others were busy with their own things or chatting amongst themselves. Russia, like a father to all 89 regions, was very tired of keeping an eye on each of them, but overall the regions were quite independent. And how did Russia tolerate them? God knows how… But nevertheless, all the regions listened to Russia's words.
