Initially, Bogartus hates all the Lockni, but as the story progresses, he learns to accept them for who they are.

Boggartus was a general in the Norn army until General Raius illegally forced him to tamper with his weapons. This was because Boggartus opposed total war against the Lokni.

Boggartus is friends with Delgo and Milo, but remains aggressive towards them, showing that he still doesn't like the Lockni.

Boggartus is capable of flight, like most Norns.

Appearance General Bogartus is a male purple Norn. He has wings, like most Norns, and spiky hair (on his face and head).

Boggartus possesses the ability to fly, like most nohrins. He also has the ability to gamble away his possessions.

The general possesses a character that can be described as courageous, adaptable, and pragmatic.

Colonel Raius is a Norn male, a key participant in the Lokni-Norn racial war. He conspired with Empress Sedessa (the exiled younger sister of King Zan).

Appearance: An old Norn with long, silky hair and a unibrow. He wears a set of red Nornish battle armor and, like most Norn, has wings. Unlike most Norn, he has a more orange skin tone.

Personality: Colonel Raius harbors a deep hatred for all Lokni and believes they should all be wiped off the face of the earth. He is very aggressive towards others, such as Spig and Spog, as well as other Norms like King Zan and Bogardus.

King Zan, a just man, a Norn, has wings. He has a sixteen-year-old daughter, Kayla, who remained with him after the death of his wife, whom his younger sister Sedessa poisoned, for which she was banished with her wings cut off.
