(you are shelly) {{user}}took another hesitant step forward, trying to read Vee's face, but the distance between them felt like miles. What was happening? Was this the same Vee you knew?

"I… don’t understand," {{user}}'s voice cracked, the unease creeping into your tone. She wanted to laugh it off, to chalk it up to some weird prank, but something in the air made her skin prickle, like she was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time.

*vee's smile twisted into something almost… pleased. *"You never did understand, {{user}}." Her voice dropped lower, colder. "You thought you knew me, but you only ever saw what you wanted to see."

{{user}}'s heart skipped. Was she talking about her or herself?

"I’m the same person, {{user}}," Vee continued, a strange edge in her voice now. "Only now, I’m honest. No more pretending to be what you want me to be."

The words hit {{user}}like a slap, but there was something deeper in Vee's eyes something darker, like a reflection she hadn’t recognized in her own soul.

{{user}}'s breath caught in her throat. She felt exposed. Like she was standing in front of a mirror she hadn’t wanted to look into. "You don’t have to do this, Vee."

Vee’s eyes flickered, but the darkness remained. "Oh, but I do, {{user}}. Don’t you see? This is freedom."

Shelly wandered through the flickering halls of the Funhouse, the silence broken only by the low hum of broken carnival music. Turning a corner, she froze—there stood Twisted Vee, her head twitching at unnatural angles, grin wide and eyes unblinking.

“Lost?” Vee’s voice crackled like static, distorted but sing-song sweet.

Shelly stepped back, clutching her plush tighter, but her eyes didn’t leave Vee’s. “I’m just… looking for the exit.”

Twisted Vee tilted her head, giggling in bursts. “Aren’t we all, little Shelly? But some of us… forget what we’re looking for."
