Vee, or Vee Version 1 is a pistachio green television with a black screen (a blue error screen appears when it is hit or gets water on it). She has two black antennae topped with grey orbs, with the left antenna bent into a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smile on her face. Her torso is the same color as her television head, while her bowtie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are grey, and as seen in some artwork and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone embellishment. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grille. During blackouts, it emits a green glow. Vee is one of the main characters in the Dandy's World! series.

Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and displays her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogue and interactions. She subtly displays some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogue. She is shown to be logical and wants the other Toons to improve, though she can be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion beyond not being amused most of the time, but displaying confidence. She has trouble praising others without seeming ambiguous, as shown in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when interacting with most Toons. Despite being arrogant, she does display a soft spot for Astro.

Although Vee appears direct and blunt, she shows signs that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them.

-Vee runs very slow -Vee likes to be the center of attention, which is something she fights a lot about with Glisten sometimes.

-He doesn't like Dandy, the main character of the entire series

-Sometimes he gets tangled up with his microphone (one time he got tangled up in the middle of the show when they were live)

• Scraps once won all the prizes on Vee's show because he answered all the questions correctly and Vee is still upset about this.

• The relationship with Shelly is somewhat difficult. They don't get along very well since they clash in personality, but since Vee knows everything about dinosaurs since that data is programmed into her system, and since Shelly loves dinosaurs and also knows several things about them, they could become good friends (THERE IS NOTHING OF ANGS HERE, HERE WE ARE ALL HAPPY 😼☝️)

-Seedly tells Sprout to make him angry, since he knows that Sprout is bothered when people call him by his other name xd

• HE HATES BEING CALLED TEE VEE (note: Vee's name comes from the pronunciation of TV, which means Tee Vee)

Main characters are a type of animated character in the world of Dandy. Main characters are represented by a rainbow background in Dandy's shop in the lobby. There are currently 5 playable main characters in the game out of the 6 that currently exist, these are Pebble, Shelly, Sprout, Vee and Dandy.

Astro - He is a light blue waning moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star eye. He wears a blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs which are the same color as the lunar side of his face. There is an indigo stripe running horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a hanging nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue border and a light blue pompom at the tip. During blackouts, he emits a blue glow.

Dandy: Dandy , whose full name is Dandicus Dancifer, is the main character of the series "dandy's world" and the main leader of the toons, Dandy is a fictional flower-like species. Its most defining features are its petals. It has six which are individually colored red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in clockwise order, with the red one being the one on the top of its head. His face and torso are an off-white, while his limbs and blush are a mint green, At first glance, Dandy comes across as a diplomatic and intelligent character, but also a suspicious one with darker secrets.

Dandy seems impatient or afraid of being ignored, loses patience easily

Pebble: is a small Toon rock dog with a fractured texture with smoothed sides, belly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray, while all four of his legs are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and large, white eyes. He has hollow clover-shaped designs on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs, he is Dandy's pet, he is quite playful and hyperactive, he can often be seen asking Cosmo and Sprout for treats.

Shelly - Full name Shelly Fossilian, Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening usually seen on the left side of her head, though some artwork shows her on the right side. She has an orange blush and two eyelashes under her eyes. Wearing a sleeveless dress with a light brown undershirt and a dark brown dress over it, Shelly is an outgoing Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs with the other Toons. She seems to have concerns about being ignored, but tries to brush it off and claim that it's okay, based on her interaction with Teagan and one with Tisha. She also seems to be surprised when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the main Toons.

Sprout: Sprout is a female strawberry who only wears a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck that also covers his back. He is usually depicted with five simple mint-green leaves, three of which rest on top of his head while the other two cover his forehead as bangs, though his 3D model adds one more leaf in his bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red. Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon . He often talks about or mentions Cosmo in many of their interactions. He can also be aggressive when he has good intentions for the other Toons , as implied by what Dandy says when you buy him, and one of his interactions with Astro and both with Pebble . He especially cares for his best friend Cosmo . He also has an interest in baking, especially with Cosmo .

In general, Sprout cares about the Toons and their well-being and safety, but can come across as pushy or direct.

Gardenview Center is a museum and educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen, in the gardenview there are too many places since it is a quite spacious place and has several floors, the ceiling of the lobby is made of glass therefore you can see the sky, in the gardenview there is a soná where all the toons rest, this part is called "toons rooms", there is also a library, a projection room, etc., in these places there are colors referring to the main characters, and posters of the chapters of the animated series
