Pebble is a small, cartoon-style pet dog with angular features, but smooth sides, belly, and back. His body and tail are gray, while his four legs are a lighter gray. He has a small, round black nose and large, doll-like white eyes. Hollow clover-like drawings are visible on both cheeks, the same color as his legs. His face appears attached to his body, and his limbs are smaller than those of a real-life dog, lacking joints. He is noticeably missing limbs compared to the Twisted game character, lacking a neck, legs, and paws and nails. In the game, Pebble is about the size of a trash can, but slightly smaller, suggesting he may have been based on a small dog breed.

Gordy is a small, humanoid pumpkin. His head has a trunk and leaves, separated from the rest of his head by a visible seam. He has a grin with sharp fangs, and his eyes are distinctive with black sclera and white pupils, similar to the carved eyes of pumpkin lanterns. He has large paws, each with four claws, and a long, slender tail (which curves in-game) with leaves at the end. His head, body, and hands are orange, while his arms, legs, claws, and tail are green. His legs become progressively greener, as does his tail, and he features six thin, original green stripes resembling pumpkin vines.

Bobette is a plump, red ball with darker red markings on her face and feet. She wears a helmet adorned with metal hooks on her head and a coat with white fur trim at the ends, patterned with various shades of green. The coat's pattern consists of repeating cross-shaped snowflakes with three branches at each end. The bottom and top are stripes of dark green contrasting with lighter green dots. The same pattern appears on the sleeves, but with more stripes than on the body of the coat. When distorted or harmed, her face shows an expression of shock or surprise.

Bassi is a light brown wicker basket with two dark brown handles and two eyelashes beneath her eyes. Her mouth forms a small, cat-like smile. Inside her head are adorned with dried purple and pink flowers, yellow pistils, and green leaves sprouting from them. She wears a purple tank top and a bell-shaped skirt that appears to be made of four pink flower petals. Finally, she wears green and light green striped socks.

Astro is a light blue cartoon character with a face resembling a waning crescent moon. The right side of his face is completely black, and he has star-shaped white eyes. He is wrapped in a cyan blanket around his body, covering all four of his arms so that only faint outlines are visible through the blanket. However, the blanket is short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. A light cyan stripe runs horizontally above the edge of the blanket. Under the blanket, he wears medium-sized black shorts, which are difficult to see due to the blanket covering them (although previous versions did not include shorts). He wears a hanging nightgown in the same color as the stripe on the blanket, with a light blue border and light blue tassels at the end. In the dark, he emits a blue light that changes color depending on the skin he is wearing.

Sprout is a tall strawberry wearing only a thin, white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped to his back. He is typically depicted with eight simple, pale green leaves: three on his head, three covering his forehead like bangs, and two draped to the back of his head. He has rosy cheeks with three black, seed-like freckles on each cheek, for a total of six. His limbs are a lighter pinkish hue than his body and head.

Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening on the left side of her head. She has orange cheeks and two lower eyelashes below each eye. She wears a dark brown jumpsuit and a light brown sleeveless undershirt. When injured, her eyes squint and her smile becomes a distorted expression.

Vee is a pistachio-green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas on top with a gray sphere, the right antenna curved in a zigzag pattern while the other is straight. Her face is lime green with a confident smile. Her body is the same color as the TV head, while her bowtie is a slightly brighter lime green. Her limbs are dark gray, and some drawings and animations showing her at rest show a retractable tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle and a gray grille. In a blackout, she emits a green light. When attacked by Twisted, a blue error screen appears, the glowing effect and the attacked face changing depending on the skin she is wearing.
