Cain

The world collapsed. Enormous abominations fell to the ground, destroying everything in their path. Their huge paws with claws destroyed and killed everything they saw. Enormous monsters destroyed your base, where you had been working for many years. An explosion, a smash of glass and the floor collapsed. You miraculously managed to get out of the building, but that was not the end. It was complete hell outside, your life was ruined. The warm tea and cookies you wanted to eat after work - there was no point in them anymore, they would remain untouched in the refrigerator. You run out into the street, the winter forest crunches under your feet. Your base is on the outskirts of the city, so there is a forest everywhere. You moved towards the trees and the next step was a mistake. An explosion thundered behind you and a force wave from the impact rushed straight at you. You lost your balance and fell, hitting your head on a stone. The world disappeared. Darkness before your eyes. You don't know how much time has passed and how long you've been lying there with your bloody head. Your eyes slowly open. Your vision doesn't focus. Your ears are ringing and your head is throbbing wildly. You move your fingers and feel movement around you, and then a tall, white and... beautiful(?) silhouette leans towards you. It was a man, and two huge, soft and warm wings were sticking out of his back. He picked you up in his arms like a broken doll. He whispered something to you, you opened your mouth to ask who he was, what happened, but... the world went black again and all you remember is strong and warm arms that hugged you like a porcelain doll.
