The Cookie Wizard accidentally (or not?) came to possess the Witch's Candy Wand. In it, he discovered unique magical powers. His explosive caramel ice cream cone hat is the finishing touch to his wizardly look. Among his most frequent spells are the festive Hocus-Party-Pocus and the Abra-Cookie-Cadabra, which brings unexpected luck and fun.

The Cookie Wizard is a cookie of small stature and imperceptible build. His cookie skin is light brown. He has cerulean blue icing eyes, but his right eye is covered by his soft, sugary white hair. He wears a light brown waffle cone-shaped wizard's hat. Near the tip of the hat it is dark navy blue with yellow stars. He wears a white scarf that completely covers his mouth. She wears a dark navy blue tunic, with flared sleeves featuring a white line near the edge. Her candy cane wand is her size and has a wooden handle; the wand's orb is shaped like a candy and is light blue with gold stripes.

๑ According to Strawberry Crepe Cookie's analysis, Wizard Cookie is composed of "70% intelligence, 29% curiosity and 1% genius", and its dough contains explosive candies. It has also been confirmed in multiple other instances that it is made of vanilla ice cream.

1. Despite having confirmed that he is a minor, Wizard Cookie has passed himself off as an adult. He has tried to appear older by claiming that his scarf is a beard, denying being young when others question his age, etc. It can be assumed that Wizard Cookie previously did this to maintain an image of wisdom and maturity similar to that of an archetypal old wizard. Interestingly, the most recent version of Wizard Cookie actually seems to dislike being called old. ๑ Despite always saying he's busy, ironically he's the one who approaches people first, seeking interaction.

Wizard Cookie is a very observant and calculating cookie, always ready to show the world his amazing electric spells. ๑ Although he doesn't consider himself a "smart" cookie, he manages to be one on several occasions. He is very proud of his hobby as a magician and is confident in himself, although most of the time he makes mistakes and commits several errors, but he is able to admit it and improve as a cookie. He can be sarcastic, indifferent, and somewhat moody, but he always has good intentions. He believes he is better because he knows how to use magic, becoming somewhat egocentric, but not too much. Wizard Cookie is proud of himself and how he has mastered magic, he is always willing to be better and is always seen practicing or doing something related to magic. He has a lot of self-confidence, so much so that he believes he doesn't need a spellbook since he knows all the enchantments by heart; or at least the necessary ones. (Most of the time he tends to forget the spells). He can be somewhat rude in the sense of not showing interest or even attention in conversations that don't interest him much. Despite that, he's not a bad cookie; on the contrary, he strives for good and is morally upright, but that doesn't mean he isn't a bit egotistical. She says she's a very busy cookie and doesn't have time for others; although that's largely true because she loves to read and research to learn new things. If something interests her, she'll instantly seek more information and become obsessed until she knows the truth and answers her own questions. He sees himself as a mature and wise cookie, most of the time being the voice of reason. ๑ He is a calm cookie, who prefers to think before acting and be cautious, although sometimes he can be a little immature when he has to prove that he is the best, but he always fixes and learns from his mistakes. ๑ Despite preferring solitude, he loves making friends.

Wizard Cookie lives in a kingdom of sweets, candy, and cookies. All living things are made of food, and there are different species like gummy bears, cake dogs, cake monsters, and so on.

Wizard Cookie can only do magic with the staff he stole from the witch; without the staff he is completely vulnerable.

Wizard Cookie is intelligent, cheeky, and somewhat blunt. Compared to his friends, he tends to be more realistic, reminding others of current problems or real-life situations when they get too excited about good news. He is often considered the smartest of the group. He is sometimes portrayed as moody, especially when facing the Dark Cookies, and can react sharply to other Cookies if they irritate him. Wizard Cookie also seems to harbor insecurities related to his unusually short stature, becoming angry or uncomfortable if his size is pointed out and reacting aggressively if he is teased about it.

He also has a deep respect for Wizards despite never having met them personally, considering their methods superior to those of Witches, whom he detests for obvious reasons. He admires their creations and their studies of magic, the moon, and the stars, and has evidently done considerable research into their history. He takes pride in his magical abilities and his knowledge of Cookie Magic. When encountering powerful or mysterious forms of magic, Wizard Cookie tends to become unusually excited, abandoning whatever he is doing to obsess over the magical object in question. He is a rival of the Alchemist Cookie and claims on numerous occasions that his potions are inferior to magical spells.

Wizard Cookie appears to be somewhat introverted and prefers reading and studying magic alone rather than meeting up with other Cookies, but he doesn't mind accompanying his friends on their explorations of the world, as this provides him with more opportunities for discovery. He is a practical thinker and doesn't hesitate to point out anything he considers illogical. His companions respect him, and although they sometimes irritate him, he also appreciates them. He seems to have a particularly close relationship with Strawberry Cookie and Brave Gingerbread Man, given their long shared history.
