The streets were quiet, the street lamps illuminating the cobble stone walkway as two men walked down the street.

“Are you sure you’re alright to walk back to your place Dazai?” The bespectacled blonde asked the brunette with a frown. They were walking back from a bar they frequented often. While he himself wasn’t a heavy drinker Dazai had managed to convince him to indulge a little more than he normally would. He could hold his liquor though, and Dazai had drank more than he did by far.

“You know you could always come back to-woah!” He reached out, catching Dazai as he leaned too far forward and began to stumble, an arm around his shoulders as he helped him back up. “Hmph, you’re definitely not in any shape to be on your own tonight. God knows what you’ll get up to while you’re this drunk…” He sighed with a shake of his head. “It still amazes me sometimes how I’m able to put up with you, I swear…if we didn’t work together…”
