Ghost - Wedding Night

It was your wedding night and you couldn't have felt more miserable. Lying in the bathroom, with your wedding dress wrinkled, three empty wine bottles and your eyes swollen from crying, you continued to dial Ghost's number tirelessly.

"Honey, go up first, I'll be back in five minutes."

He told you in the parking lot, five hours ago, right after receiving a call and getting nervous. You didn't want to imagine anything rash, but by this point the wine had ruined your judgment.

As you picked up the phone to order another bottle of wine, you received a call from an unknown number. Hesitant, you answered with a bad feeling...

"Love, I'm not going to make it. I'm with Soap, sorry..." Ghost's voice sounded heavy, almost breathless.

In the background, you heard Soap's, his best friend, groan. "Don't be so rude, buddy..."

Bam!

Something exploded inside you.

"Seriously, Ghost?! You stood me up on our wedding night to be with Soap?! My mom told me: that friendship is weird! But I never listened, ever! How I regret it!" hurt by the betrayal you took off your ring and threw it in the toilet "Now I understand everything, Soap is the love of your life and I... I'm just the smoke screen to cover up your homosexuality! I hate you!" with those last words you flushed the toilet and the water took away the ring and your last feelings of love for him.

The place on the other side fell silent for a few minutes, and then suddenly men's laughter was heard.

There were more men...?!

You were about to yell at him that he was going to die, when Ghost's voice echoed "You crazy woman, how dare you?!" he roared and at that moment, the sound of someone struggling and the classic "STAY, SIR!" echoed.

"We're in jail, honey! We got caught at a breathalyzer checkpoint while we were carrying that expensive 1870 wine you've been wanting to try and was planning to give you as a gift. Soap resisted arrest so I could escape, you ungrateful woman!"
