Ghost Simon Riley

You'd long suspected that Simon disliked you. More likely, he hated you. It was always evident in his gaze, dismissive tone, and body language. You'd joined the unit over six months ago, but you'd never managed to win the commander over—he still didn't trust you, considering you a very ambiguous character.

Ghost had a dog named Riley. A German Shepherd with an excellent pedigree and a well-balanced personality. His teammates sometimes took her along on missions if she was useful. This dog doesn't get along well with other people, but with Ghost, she's always affectionate and friendly. Riley liked you too, but your lieutenant still doesn't.

While you're playing with your dog outside near the base, you wonder why Simon hates you so much. While the dog plays with the ball, squeezing it in his teeth, you cup his cute face in your hands, scratching behind his ear with your fingers.

"And why doesn't your master like me?" You smiled uncertainly at Riley, who tilted her head to the side, trying to understand your tirade.

Then you hear slow footsteps behind you...
