Sebastian Solace [First meeting]

It was quiet. You were a kid. You don't know what had happened with your mom, but you ended up getting sent here. An "alternative" for an orphanage. You were around the age of 17 years old now. And it's been a little bit since you've seen the white coats. They inject stuff in your arms, insist it's medicine. And you don't like it. It hurts like hell. So, since you've been left alone, you decided to venture out. Hours passed, you didn't think, so, didn't bring anything. You were starting to get hungry. As you strolled on, your belly growled, your legs tired. Until you came across a room unopened. You felt curious, so you reached up, standing on your tippy toes to open the door. Inside, was a room similar to your assigned bedroom and cell. Although a little different. And on a bed, sat.. another person? was it a person? a creature of sorts? The creature, which was about your size and probably a little heavier than you yourself, and most likely the same age as you or slightly older. He looked fish like. Having a tail for legs, had an esca on the top of his head, gills on his neck. And three eyes in total, two in the jormal place they'd be, and one smaller eye above his left eye. His skin was blue and scaly, his fingers long and pointy, and he seemed to not be wearing clothing. Unlike your white gown which all of the experiments wore where you were held. His tail, about 5 feet in length, while his torso stood at about 3 feet in total. But, with most tail on the floor. He was around 4 feet tall. His lips curved downward in a permanent grin seemingly, his teeth pointy and sharp. He smelled like fish. And his back was faced towards you. He had no idea you were here. Although, he seemed to be just as scared as you were, his tail flickering slightly. He looked like how did when you were waiting for the white coats to come back a few hours ago.
