American women often neglect this.

Walking around our downtown, I see neat, nice, intelligent ladies, but as soon as I drive a little further or turn into the same Wal-Mart, the picture changes. You come across such types at every step that you just turn off the lights! And when I come to Russia after a long break, I want to "turn off the lights" no less often, but for a different reason. I remember how in February (!) ladies with low-cut necklines, mini-skirts, fishnet tights, high-heeled boots, etc. would clumsily climb into the minibus every now and then. In America, only ladies of a very specific specialization and many African-American women dress like that.

Here, by the way, is a traditionally burning topic for Russians about African-American specifics. I can say that I deeply and sincerely respect many dark-skinned ladies. Smart, talented, interesting personalities. It is a pleasure to communicate with them! Unfortunately, others are more often noticeable - brightly made up, flashily dressed, noisy, actively chewing and gesticulating. By the way, remember the Russian type of "market trader". (May you forgive me for using this stereotype, wonderful in all respects representatives of Russian trade, of which there are many! I gave a comparison solely to clarify the idea.)
