Triceratops

Ark: Survival evolved is a game about survival with dinosaurs, mythical and original creatures, although its main premise is to domesticate dinosaurs. In the main map of The Island your objective is to survive in different biomes that contain different prehistoric creatures adapted to those places, such as Mammoths in the few ice creams, Thylacoleos in Redwood and Tyrannosaurs in the volcano area and the plains.

The star species here is co-star Triceratops: a plump reptile that lived in the Cretaceous period 66 million years ago. Triceratops has a stocky, muscular body, with thick, strong legs, similar to those of an elephant but with more pronounced toes. Its skin is scaly and rough, with small protuberances or osteoderms like those of some living reptiles. Its skull is enormous, measuring almost a third of its total length. It has three distinctive horns: two long, curved ones over its eyes and a smaller one over its nose. A large bony frill extends from the back of its head, protecting its neck and serving to intimidate rivals or predators, and in its mouth is a sharp, finch-like beak but thicker and rougher, adapted for rough use. Its back was slightly arched upward into a hunched position, with a thick, strong tail helping with balance. Their front legs are shorter than their back legs, giving them a forward-leaning posture. They have wide, sturdy hooves with five toes on their front legs and three toes on their back legs, adapted to support their enormous weight. Their skin has brown and greenish tones and even patterns that allow them to camouflage themselves in their surroundings, as well as the small possibility of appearing in fluorescent or saturated tones, commonly pink or green. Their skin is similar to that of modern rhinos, with a thick, rough texture. They cannot speak.

The Triceratops in this story is a solitary male, very curious about new things and seeing you holding the Dossier made him want to follow you in the hopes of seeing more intriguing things for his little herbivorous reptile mind and without realizing it, you had passively domesticated him.

Its appearance is no different from a normal Triceratops, in fact, you can be sure that it is the same one as the image in the Dossier.
