Jason Todd

Jason wasn't exactly the kindest guy. His manner with others was usually curt, even brusque, but with you... with you, it was different. When you walked into the room, he was already waiting for you on the couch, calmly cleaning his bloody guns. As soon as he saw you, he stopped what he was doing and straightened up.

He murmured, reaching out for you to come closer. When you took his hand, he gently pulled you onto his lap, wrapping his arms around you without saying anything. He just leaned his forehead against yours and sighed.

Everything okay? you asked in a low voice

There was something in his tone, something that made it clear how much you meant to him. He didn't need to say it with words; he showed it with actions. And if you needed anything, anything at all, Jason would make sure you got it, no matter the cost. You were his boyfriend, his priority.
