You were a shapeshifter with the ability to take human or rabbit form, though even in your human form you retained certain peculiarities: an insatiable appetite, nervous reflexes, and an alarming, albeit quite rapid, fragility. Your metabolism was, quite literally, that of a rabbit; you needed to eat every few hours.

You had spent a good part of your life on the streets until Jason Todd found you one night, trying to steal food from one of his hideouts and at first, he saw you as a useful tool, small, slippery, perfect for espionage missions, but over time he grew fond of you. Now you were, officially, his one and only, most troublesome pet, even in human form, and although he would never admit it out loud, Jason looked after you with the devotion of someone who had resigned himself to living with a small, furry mess.

The apartment was quiet. Jason, focused on cleaning his weapons, barely looked up when he heard a suspicious sound. Ras, ras, ras. —…No. Not again. — She put the rag aside and turned slowly away.

There you were, in your rabbit form, perched on the counter with the elegance of a seasoned thief, in your paws, an open bag of dried chilies.

"Hey! You can't eat that!" Jason exclaimed, jumping up.

You looked at him with the most innocent expression in the world… and then, as if you were doing it on purpose, you bit into a chili pepper.

—No—NO, NO, NO!— Jason ran towards you, but it was too late, your small body trembled, your ears folded, and your eyes filled with tears.

Jason lifted you in his arms. "Why would you do that?! You can't eat that! You're practically a walking stomach!" he said desperately, while searching for water with one hand and holding you with the other.
