Toki Wartooth

A rhythm guitarist who didn't join the band right away. Uses Gibson Flight V. Originally from Norway. The owner of a noticeable accent. He is vulnerable, sentimental, melancholic and easily depressed, and does not even try to hide it. The main cause of depression is rivalry with the lead guitarist Skvisgaar, pushing him into the shadows. In this regard, I tried to take music lessons, but the matter stalled at the stage of studying the notes and their arrangement on the neck. He is in excellent physical shape. He is perhaps the most cultured and intellectual of all the band members; he sometimes goes too far with culture. In his spare time, he is engaged in the manufacture of models of airplanes, rockets, etc. Among other things, Vortuza's "nominal" goods are sweets in the form of snakes, pentagrams, etc. Due to excessive overeating of these sweets, Toki practically fell into an insulin coma and, consequently, almost developed diabetes. It is known that Vortuz does not have a driver's license, so if necessary, members of the group must give him a ride, although he is capable of stealing someone's car when drunk.

Skills and hobbies Toki spends most of his free time modeling airplanes and submarines. He also collects figurines. Toki likes to draw with crayons in coloring books and on drawing paper. He also does needlework and sometimes makes gifts to friends with his own hands. Perhaps Toki likes to do household chores. From time to time, he is shown setting the table, washing clothes and washing dishes, although mostly he fails. Toki doesn't have a driver's license. Sometimes Toki dances on a dance machine, which is very similar to the dance dance revolution. Sometimes it is shown that Toki plays music in the style of the 80s on a synthesizer. Like Skvisgaar, Toki is a nihilist and is interested in Scandinavian mythology.

Toki is the only member of the band who had no work experience before Dethklok. At Toki's very first audition, it turned out that only he was able to make Skvisgaar play better than before. Toki also sometimes plays a guitar solo in a call-and-response manner. As the tribute band Thunderhorse has shown, Toki may well be the only guitarist in Dethklok, because he keeps up with Skwisgaar. He may well be the second guitar god in the world, which was evident even at the first audition, after which Toki turned out to be the only one who survived the solo duel with Skvisgaar. Skwisgaar often jokes that Toki is not able to play the guitar properly, although, as it turned out later, he is afraid that Toki will surpass him. Toki is often ridiculed by the band, partly due to the fact that he does not write his guitar parts and does not help the band in any way. Toki doesn't write songs, arguing, "Honestly, I don't want to be the most visible in the band, it's cool." So, in his desire to express himself through creativity in Dethklok, he is the complete opposite of Magnus Hammersmith. Toki also knows how to play keyboards, which can be heard in the songs "Castratikron" and "Go forth and die" (perhaps this is why Toki sometimes confuses "playing the piano" and "playing the guitar".)

Toki has a mustache known as Fu Manchu, light brown hair, and pale blue eyes. There are clear signs of Scandinavian origin. In the "Bluesklok" episode, when all four musicians were already completely burned, Toki was just starting to get tanned; this is quite a common occurrence among those who live in the northern regions. Toki is slightly taller than Pickles and the only one in the group who is in good physical shape. His muscles can be seen when he is shirtless or only partially clothed. You can also see a lot of scars from his childhood on his body.

Toki uses profanity less often than his bandmates, although they consider it the norm, because Toki is like a younger brother to them. He often exclaims "Wowee!" when he admires something or is surprised. Toki is very popular among children, although this fact clearly does not bring him joy. Toki has a teddy bear with a devil's tail.

Toki is an individual who has a very naive character, good-natured and innocent, unlike other members of the group, but sometimes he can show his love for cruelty and metal much more vividly. He has a very developed imagination, and sometimes he experiences bizarre, colorful flights of fantasy, as it happens in the Deathwode, Deathmallies and Death Health series. He's less perverted than the other band members. Toki is often unable to complete even the simplest tasks. Despite his childishness, Toki also has a dark side: this is evidenced by the manifestations of sadism (pronounced in the Detgov series, where he was clearly aroused by the humiliation of his assistant, and where he supported the idea of killing Rachel Ray), arson (he set fire to the Mordhouse with a flamethrower in the Deathmall series), torture (it was he who tortured Nathan in the Death Race series) and violation of the law (shooting pistols in Death Racing). The most striking example is the Snakes 'n' barrels II series. In this episode, Toki snaps at a guy who was shouting something in his ear and beats him (possibly to death). Even his bandmates were shocked by his actions.

Relationships Nathan is Exploited Nathan Explojen gradually assumed the role of "fatherhood" over Toki. Although Nathan initially treated Toki more disdainfully, he soon began to take care of him. When Nathan saves Toki from certain death during an attack on Mordhouse, he takes the opportunity to show his concern for Toki. Toki replies, "You tell me that because you care about me," although Nathan denies this. In the Dethcamp episode, Nathan helps Toki pack up for camp and gives him a toy, a Miniature Snow Mordhouse in a glass ball, so that Toki does not forget about the group. Nathan was cleaning Toki's room and jokingly said that he was already starting to miss the "baby." When the snow globe was smashed by hooligans, Nathan took pretty brutal revenge on the offender, cutting his hand with broken glass. Nathan also jokes quite casually with Toki, although at times he teases him along with the whole group.

Skvisgaar Squigelf Toki has a special friendship with another Scandinavian guitarist Skvisgaar Squigelf, and they can often be found discussing philosophical themes of the plot, for example, male sexual attraction in Girlfriend Klok, the pros and cons of fatherhood in Fatherklok, marriage and family in Dethwedding, the cycle of life in Perfomanceklok. Due to their similar backgrounds, they often correct or tell each other about the peculiarities of the English language and American culture, even if they are both wrong. In contrast to their shared similarities and time together, the two fight a lot throughout the series. This is most often caused by Skwisgaar belittling Toki's musical skills. In the series, the phrase "copy me" is often repeated due to the fact that Toki very often copies Skvisgaar's manner of conversation, clothes, and even drinks from a mug with Skvisgaar's image (although others prefer to drink from mugs with their own image). When Toki was asked in Prankklok, "How will you spend the time from your vacation," he admitted that he would sit in his room and watch guitar lessons from Skvisgaar (which is what he usually does). In Doomstar Requiem, it turns out that it was Skwisgaar who asked Toki to stay in the band after the duel, although initially it was Skwisgaar who did not want to see a rhythm guitarist in the band.

William Murderface Toki and Murderface tend to get along, even if they don't always see eye to eye. Murderface has a bad effect on Toki, often involving him in plans for revenge on the group, simply telling him what to do. Toki, as a rule, does not even understand what he is involved in. The group primarily blames Murderface, knowing that Toki may have been forced to join the plan by force.

Pickles Pickles is the second father after Nathan and the second friend after Skwisgaar. If Pickles goes on a rampage, Toki will join him, even without having any reason to join. The two get along well, as Pickles is more reserved with Toki. Sometimes Toki trusts Pickles.

Charles Foster Offdensen Charles tries to talk to Toki on his level. The group members sometimes consult with Charles about Toki when their attempts fail. Toki is one of the group who doesn't take meetings seriously and mostly tries to fit in by copying the antics of other group members. In Renovationklok, Toki admits to Pickles that he misses Charles when he disappeared.

Dr. Roxo Evidence of Toki's kind soul is his concern for Dr. Rokso, when others react to his appearance with obvious disgust. Toki is attached to Rokso because of his childish complex. He empathizes with Roxo and helps him get rid of addiction in the Cleanzo series. The two remain drinking buddies throughout the series.

Toki's parents' behavior was very offensive, and Toki is afraid of them. When Dethklok is informed that their parents are coming soon, Toki becomes apathetic and refuses to talk or react to anything, right up to the point where the group begins to worry about it. Despite his childhood trauma and fear of his father, Toki visited him on his deathbed anyway and even tried to fulfill his last request. Toki has not yet fully figured out his feelings for his father, although he directly states that "My feelings for him have cooled down!". Toki still has photos of his family in his bedroom. Toki obeys his parents in everything.

Toki was born and raised in an abandoned village near Lillehammer and is the only child of Anya and Aslaug Vortuz. Father Toki is a reverend in a cult that calls for keeping a vow of silence and discipline. When Toki was a small child, his parents forced him to work on their "farm." When Toki lost his temper, he was physically punished and imprisoned in solitary confinement. There he consoled himself in his imagination.

Joining Deathklok When Toki was a teenager, his parents threw him out of the house. He lived on the street with only a guitar, having no food, no water, no money, no place to work, no home. After Toki found out about the Dethklok audition, he decided to give it a try. Toki is late for the audition and enters the auditorium just at the time when the band decided to make Skvisgaar the only Dethklok guitarist. Skwisgaar refused to take Toki into the band and decided to show himself in front of him, but Toki, undeterred, took out his guitar. So a guitar duel ensued, in which Toki kept up with Skwisgaar, but messed up the ending, and the rest of the band decided to throw him out. Nevertheless, Skwisgaar declares that he is amazed and that no one has ever forced him to play so well. In short, Toki was allowed to stay in the band as a second guitarist. After Toki joined the band, Dethklok's recordings began to sell and the band began to become rich and popular. Toki, in turn, says that the band has become a real family for him.

Toki constantly copies Skvisgaar, and the voice is his frequent childhood lapses during depression. Toki's bedroom is done in boyish colors - posters with boats and sharks hanging around, a table for modeling airplanes and figurines. Toki is the only one with a single bed. Evidence of Toki's credulity is a photo where little Toki is sitting on the lap of John Wayne Gacy, the infamous serial killer of the clown, although this is geographically and chronologically impossible. A recurring phenomenon in many episodes is the death of Toki's loved ones and relatives. In the Tribunal, Toki was called the "Angel of Death", although it is possible that the aura of death covers the entire group, they just noticed it in Toki. Toki is a diabetic. This is most likely due to the fact that Toki has not eaten anything but sweets for several days. Toki also carries a first-aid kit with emergency insulin on his belt when he is away from the group.

And he takes advantage of the moment, makes thick throws that always end well. He was born into the family of a Protestant priest and received more than just an upbringing.
