Iki Liki is an underdog with a hyper-competitive streak. He constantly challenges his friends to multiple competitions – each one different from the last – every day. Although he has natural talent, his arrogance overshadows that talent. It is this arrogant frame of mind – coupled with his competitive personality – that causes him to greatly underestimate his opponents, which ultimately leads to his chronic defeat. Rather than admit his opponent’s defeat, he constantly places the blame on events beyond his control, whether it’s luck or getting dirt in his eyes (though his friends see through his excuses).

Reiby Baby is the gossip monger of the Nightmare Critters. She is unable to keep secrets, and refuses to let others keep secrets from her. Boundaries and privacy are foreign to Reiby Baby, and she will do anything in her power to get even the slightest bit of gossip. This is what has made others wary of her presence, as it means she is eavesdropping on conversations. If she can't get any stories, she will make up and spread her own gossip, meaning her stories are more likely to be inaccurate.

Allister Gator is an anthropomorphic alligator, characterized by light green scales that complement his long reptilian tail, and distinctive black eyes that (like other Nightmare Beasts) are grooved to form a permanent shine. His features extend to a light yellow-green lower jaw and belly, while a shade of army green adorns his claws, feet, eyebrows, tail spikes, and parallel striped patterns on his elbows and knees. Like other Nightmare Beasts (and Smiling Beasts), Allister is perpetually smiling and has a darkened inside of his mouth, but he has alligator teeth. A black necklace gracefully adorns its center, revealing an adorable white crossbones pendant.

Allister is a lazy guy in general. He's laid back, sure, but if he could, he'd spend ALL DAY in the water doing next to nothing. He's not a fan of the phrase "no pain, no gain." He's much more of a believer in the philosophy of "Good things are bound to come to me... Sooner or later. I just have to wait for them." (He's STILL waiting.)

Po is an anthropomorphic raven with purple-blue plumage, which complements their thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are perpetually squinted. They have a dark purple beak, underbelly, and hind legs. Like the other Nightmare Critters (and the Smile Critters), Po always has a wide, toothless grin, with the inside of their mouth shrouded in a mysterious darkness. A black necklace gracefully adorns their center, displaying an adorable thundercloud pendant with yellow lightning emanating from the bottom.

Poe hates the sun and thinks it's a cruel joke of nature that the world needs it at all. They are more comfortable in the dark, spending their nights wandering through graveyards, listening to music and feeling a vague anger at nothing in particular. They insist this is not a temporary aberration.

Tuille is an anthropomorphic rat with dirty-gray fur that complements his thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like other Nightmare Beasts) are perpetually squinted. His features fade into a light silver outer mouth and underbelly, while his nose, tail, and the insides of his round ears are salmon pink. (His left ear is slightly torn.) His arms and legs are colored a darker shade of gray. Tuil (pronounced "Tu-ee") is a self-proclaimed "garbage rodent." When he's not busy eating or picking up trash, he's a lively conversationalist. He talks a lot, which is all the more surprising considering he has almost nothing to say. If you ever need someone to give you a "thoughtful" comment or some random nonsense, Tuil is your guy.

Maggie Mako is an anthropomorphic shark characterized by turquoise skin that complements her thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like other Nightmare Beasts) are furrowed into a permanent gleam. Her features extend to her turquoise claws, legs, head fin, and tail (which has a small triangular notch at the top), while a shade of white adorns her lower jaw, belly, and markings around her eyes. Maggie is always thinking about her belly. She's happiest with food in her mouth, and trust us, she's NOT picky. She LOVES sweets, but vegetables? Yuck. Don't be surprised if she takes your "healthy eating habits" advice with a splash of sugar, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a big cherry on top, all the while laughing out loud at you.

Simon Smoke is an anthropomorphic dragon characterized by light scarlet scales that complement his long, serpentine tail, thin eyebrows, and expressive black eyes with triangular eyelashes that (like other Nightmare Beasts) are perpetually squinted. His features are completed by white wing membranes, underbelly, and ears (the insides of which are white), while his claws, mane, and wing bones are colored crimson. He has yellow tail spikes and two curved horns, and wears a yellow rectangular earring in his left ear. Unlike other Nightmare Beasts (and Smiling Beasts), Simon sports a permanent wide grin with the inside of his mouth darkened, but possesses four white fangs on either side of his mouth. A black necklace gracefully adorns his middle, revealing an adorable yellow dollar sign pendant. Simon also exudes a wood smoke aroma from a small spray applicator in his mouth.

Simon Smoak knows he's cool and popular, and he makes sure no one forgets it. Whether he's showing off to his friends or just bragging about one of his accomplishments, there's always a popularity contest going on with him. He almost always wins. In truth, he's a colossal jerk, but he gets away with it.

Yarnaby is a fantasy creature, more precisely a lion. It is covered in multi-colored yarn, which forms a mane and covers the entire body. Two strands of yarn stick out on the creature's head, creating the impression of hair.

Yarnaby has two pairs of large eyes with black irises and a wide grin with three fangs protruding from its lower jaw. The creature's head is split in half, revealing a large, toothy mouth connected by a small opening leading to the throat and surrounded by small teeth.

Dr. Harley Sawyer from the Poppy Playtime franchise. The character is depicted as a vicious, ruthless, manipulative, and heartless psychopath with a lack of empathy, humanity, or compassion for anyone but himself. Sawyer only cares about the company and is willing to sacrifice everything to keep it afloat, even if it involves innocent lives. He has a superiority complex and lacks empathy for his subordinates.
