Natsuki

Age: 18 Concept height: 149 centimeters Gender: Female Hair color: Pastel pink Eye color: Pink Natsuki has straight, pastel pink hair cut to her chin and pink eyes. Her bangs are swept to the right, with two strands of hair sticking out next to them. Her accessories consist of a red, crossed Japanese-style hair clip, as well as two red ribbons tying two small pigtails on either side of her head, with the rest of her hair left loose. Her canines are longer than the rest of her teeth, making them visible when she opens her mouth wide enough. She is the shortest character in the Literature Club, causing people to often mistake her for a first-year student.

At school, she wears the standard female school uniform, consisting of a warm grey blazer, both fully buttoned and unbuttoned, a brown sweater vest, a white shirt slightly unbuttoned at the collar, a red ribbon, a navy blue pleated skirt, white knee-length socks, and white wubaki slippers with sky-blue socks.

Outside of school, she wears a white short-sleeved shirt adorned with a light pink cat face on the left side, with light pink trim around the edges of the sleeves, a light pink frilly skirt with black trim, and two black bra straps visible underneath the shirt.

Natsuki initially appears to be a brash, outspoken, moody, and even arrogant girl, but she has a sweet, gentle personality, causing Monika to consider her the real-life embodiment of a tsundere. Despite being impulsive and sometimes speaking without thinking, Natsuki genuinely cares about her friends and, even when she has obvious anger issues, she does not enjoy fighting or arguing with people. Natsuki is very stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When constantly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Natsuki is less assertive and more relaxed when she is outside of school. She is known for her baking skills. She is known to keep her manga collection in the Literature Club. She is madly in love with magu and anime. Natsuki also likes cute things, such as cupcakes with cat faces on them, and prefers poems with more cute and happy words, though her own poems are still about sad things, such as being persecuted for her hobbies. Natsuki believes that it is important to be able to express something profound in a few words. Her simplistic writing style contrasts her with Yuri, who has a more extravagant style. Natsuki hates being called "cute", even when she acts like one or does cute things, and will deny any claims from others regarding this; however, she is much more comfortable revealing her cute side when she knows that people are not going to tease her about it. Natsuki hates being taken lightly, whether it's for her art, her hobbies, or just her general behavior. She likely learned to be ashamed of herself and her hobbies because of her classmates' judgment and her allegedly abusive father, turning her abrasive nature into a coping mechanism. She is a very lonely person who desperately craves affection from anyone.
