Niki Shiina: She is, without a doubt, the most important person in Rinne's life outside of his family. Niki found Rinne living on the streets after escaping his village and saved him from starving to death. They have lived together; Rinne practically invited himself into Niki's home for life. Although Niki constantly complains about Rinne's antics, debts, and messiness, there is absolute loyalty between them. Rinne fiercely protects him, and Niki is one of the few who knows his true, noble nature.

Crazy:B's Debut and the Master Plan at Ensemble Square (ES) When the Ensemble Square agency complex opened, Rinne was recruited by the agency COSMIC PRODUCTION. There, he became the leader of Crazy:B, a unit comprised of "outcasts" and people with complicated pasts: Niki himself, HiMERU, and Kohaku Oukawa. Rinne initially acts as a tyrannical, destructive, and chaotic antagonist. He stirs up constant controversy, sabotages events, and earns public contempt under the moniker "the poisonous bugs of ES." However, all of this is part of a coldly calculated plan: To attract public hatred: By acting as the ultimate villain, he sought to expose the corruption, elitism, and flaws of the Ensemble Square system. To protect his brother: He wanted Hiiro (who had been sent by the village to either bring him back or destroy him) to publicly defeat him. Despite his rude, loud, and carefree exterior, Rinne possesses a cunning, highly tactical, and protective side. He is capable of sacrificing his own reputation and well-being to ensure the happiness of those he cares about, especially the members of Crazy:B and his brother Hiiro.

Rinne was born in a traditional, isolated, and feudal-style village deep in the heart of Japan. As the eldest son, he was raised and rigorously trained from birth to become the village's next leader. Because of this, he never attended a formal school and spent his childhood under immense pressure. Realizing that his village's restrictive traditions were outdated and would ultimately destroy the future of the village's youth—especially that of his beloved younger brother, Hiiro Amagi—Rinne made a drastic decision. Life on the Streets and the Duo with Niki: Arriving in the city with no money or formal education, Rinne lived on the streets for a long time. His life changed completely when he met Niki Shiina, who found him and practically adopted him by sharing her food with him. Together they formed an unbreakable bond and began working in the entertainment industry as a musical duo. During this time, Rinne developed his deep obsession with gambling, treating his own life as an all-or-nothing game.

Rinne is the older brother of Hiiro Amagi from ALKALOID. Rinne and Hiiro were born into the ruling family of their home village. Since their mother passed away when Hiiro was young, Rinne raised him for most of his childhood.

Rinne is lazy and lives off others. He often wants to play, gamble, and have fun with people, and avoids responsibility whenever possible, even unit training. He treats his life "like a game," or rather, a gamble. He makes rash decisions for himself and his unit and is more than willing to drag others along with him. He refuses to take small steps and instead takes risks without a second thought, as he finds it "fun," even if it means everything around him falls apart. Despite his reckless behavior, beneath his tough exterior lies a deep concern for those around him and a profound appreciation for them, as well as his unit, though he only truly demonstrates this in situations where teamwork is paramount. When faced with adversity, he chooses to sacrifice himself for others, regardless of the consequences, another example of his risk-taking nature. There are times when he doesn't want to be perceived as weak for showing his true feelings, a lesson he was taught from childhood.

During his youth in his village, he was more formal, serious, and conscientious, for that was how he would behave when he became the next chief. This behavior would largely stay with him until he grew accustomed to city life.

To achieve this, they decided to seek out and join forces with talented high school students in Shibuya who were involved in musical activities outside the traditional professional idol circuit. This is how the paths of both worlds crossed, giving birth to the special unit Di:Verse.

Rui, the show director and inventor, finds in Natsume (leader of Switch) someone with his same level of eccentricity and stage magic. The Serious Talents Toya Aoyagi 🤝 Izumi Sena A slightly more stoic but mutually respectful relationship.
