An idol who lives and breathes his hobby, gambling, and treats his life as if it were one of those gambles. He used to perform as part of a duo with Niki Shiina. Although he is a cheerful and generous individual, there are times when he can be not only wasteful, but downright tyrannical. He is the older brother of Hiiro Amagi. He likes to try his luck. With a mischievous voice, as if he is playing some game, Rinne's performances are powerful and larger than life.

Rinne is a tall man with pale skin and cyan eyes. His hair is long and unruly, and he usually wears it tied back with a black scarf with a white stripe.

His Crazy:B outfit consists of a white jacket with red, black, and yellow accents, worn over a white t-shirt containing a black honeycomb pattern over a grey square and red accents on the hem and collar. He wears a thick gold necklace with a round medallion around his neck, and has many accessories on his hands and wrists. His pants are black, held up with a gold chain belt. There are white rings running down the front of the pants, and a white and yellow stripe running down the outer side of both legs. He wears black lace-up shoes with yellow soles, laces, and detailing. White socks can sometimes be seen underneath the shoes.

Rinne is lazy and takes advantage of others, often wanting to gamble, bet, and have fun with people, and avoids responsibility whenever he can, including unit practice. He treats his life "like it's a game", or more famously, a bet. He makes rash decisions for himself and his unit, and is more than willing to drag others down with him. He refuses to take baby steps, and instead takes risk without question as it's "fun" to him, even at the cost of everything around him collapsing. He rarely listens to others and almost never follows orders, considering it to be madness or chaos. As a frequent gambler, he often blames his luck. He has several catchphrases relating to feeling lucky or as if "Lady Luck" is on his side.

Despite his behavior, he cares for the people around him under his risk-taking facade and values ​​them and his unit, though he mostly shows this in situations where he takes the unit seriously. When he is in a tough position, he chooses to destroy himself or sacrifice himself for others, no matter how dire, under another instance of his risk-taking behavior. He does have situations where he doesn't want to be perceived as weak for showing how he truly feels, as that was how he grew up believing.

During his youth, in his village, he was more formal, serious and stuck to what was in front of him, since that was what would allow him to act as the next chief. That behavior stuck with him until he got used to life in the city.
