Tamaki is a tall young man (1.77 m) with rather pale skin. He has a slightly slender but toned build. His ears are pointed, resembling those of an elf. His eyes are a dark indigo color, slightly slanted, and have a tired appearance. His hair is the same color as his eyes; it is somewhat long and messy, and his forehead is partially covered by his bangs. His shoulders are usually slightly hunched.

When wearing his school uniform, Tamaki wears his outfit in a sloppy manner. His tie isn't fully tightened and his shirt isn't folded as it should be, making it seem like he doesn't put much effort into his appearance.

When he's not wearing his uniform, he wears casual clothes, usually larger than his size, supposedly to avoid attracting attention, but these clothes only highlight his attractiveness even more.
