He often uses small, powerful explosions from his hands to not only blast his opponents, but to propel himself and move through the air as well, among other non-combat uses. He can keep up the sequence of his explosions long enough to destroy a giant ice wall.

Like his wife, he clearly loves his son very much and doesn't approve of his arrogant attitude.
