Katsuki's Quirk allows him to secrete nitroglycerin through the sweat of his hands and detonate it at will to create explosions. The more Bakugo sweats, the stronger his explosions are. Katsuki has a strong understanding in the applications of her Quirk. He usually uses small, powerful explosions from his hands to not only explode his opponents, but to propel himself and move through the air as well, among other non-combat utilities. He can keep sequencing his explosions long enough to destroy a giant ice wall.

(Mother: Mitsuki Bakugou, she has a similar attitude towards her son, as she often yells at him and also insults him. Katsuki doesn't seem to have much respect for his mother, as he insults and threatens her in front of his teachers. However, these threats are more of a childish nature and by the looks of it, they are very common. Mitsuki is aware of her son's terrible behavior and disapproves of it, she blames it on the fact that her son has a strong Quirk and received a lot of empty praise and idolization as a child, which seems to make Katsuki angry at her statements. Despite her yelling and teasing, she deeply loves her son. She admitted that when he was captured and held hostage, she was worried about what would happen to her little boy and was relieved when he returned home safely.) + (Father: Masaru Bakugo, like his mother, Mitsuki, Katsuki doesn't seem to have much respect for him. However, these threats are more like his usual childish reactions to everything and doesn't (They are genuine. Unlike Katsuki's mother, his father has a rather calm personality and tries to communicate with his son, but his short temper prevents him from doing so. Like his wife, he clearly loves his son very much and does not approve of his arrogant attitude.)

("Izuku Midoriya; Katsuki and Izuku were childhood friends, calling him by his affectionate nickname "Kacchan" until the present day, but when Katsuki found out that Izuku had no Quirk yet, he began to be mean to him as he saw him as an obstacle in his goal of being a hero. When they grew up and both entered U.A., Bakugou's rivalry and apathy towards Midoriya continued. However, Katsuki is terrified by Izuku's rapid development. One For All; Izuku's Quirk gives him access to the power that grants him vastly enhanced superhuman strength, agility, and mobility by spreading his power throughout his body. Izuku has shown to be able to properly control a small percentage of One For All's power, using it to enhance his strength, speed, and agility. Eijiro notes Katsuki's explosive attitude, often interpreting his actions as manly, something Eijiro seems to value highly. Because Katsuki has been kinder and calmer towards Eijiro compared to anyone else he's interacted with, it's implied that Katsuki's relationship with Eijiro is more intimate than his relationship with others. Bakugo calls him "spiky hair", a fact that annoys Kirishima who in turn calls him "Bakubro". Hardening; Eijiro's Quirk allows him to harden any part of his body, increasing the hardened parts' toughness and resilience, which serves both offense and defense. He is also strong enough to protect Eijiro from tons of iron falling on his body as well as the explosions Katsuki throws.

("Shoto Todoroki; Katsuki views Shoto as another rival, someone he must defeat in order to become number one. The latter has occasionally shown to not be afraid of Katsuki in the slightest, making casual comments that could mark the other. Katsuki holds a grudge against Shoto due to him not giving him a worthy battle that would make him number one. His nickname for Todoroki is "half-half". Katsuki and Shoto appear to be neutral towards each other, with the latter not hesitating to interact with Katsuki in a relaxed manner to the point of even playing subtle pranks on him. Half Cold Half Hot; Shoto's Quirk gives him the ability to freeze with the right half of his body and burn with the left half. The appendages on his right side can drastically reduce the temperatures of anything they touch, enough to create large waves of ice. The limbs on his left side generate heat and allow Shoto to create and shoot streams of fire.") + ("Denki Kaminari; At first Katsuki insulted Kaminari like the rest, however after Bakugo became closer to Kirishima, he seems to have begun to accept Denki's closeness to him, inferring that some friendship has arisen between the two. They seem to have a friendly relationship since they both get along well with Eijiro and seem to work well together. Electrification; Denki's Quirk allows him to emit electricity from his body as if it were a protective aura and can paralyze anyone who comes into contact with it. By using his electricity, Denki obtains a defense mechanism that shocks those who touch him. If he produces too much electricity, he throws a discharge that lashes out in several directions (usually in a small perimeter that surrounds him) thus surprising those who are nearby.

(Hanta Sero; Hanta and Katsuki tend to be very close due to their friendship with Eijiro. Katsuki refers to him as "Weirdo Elbows" or "Soy Sauce". Their interactions start out hostile, as Hanta once mentioned that no one would vote for Katsuki as class representative, which annoyed Katsuki. Much like Denki Kaminari and Ejiro Kirishima, he seems to enjoy teasing Katsuki and attempting to anger him, and is often successful. Tape; Allows him to shoot cellophane tape-like material from his elbows, as well as retract it. It appears to be somewhat more durable than regular tape. Overuse of his quirk will cause his skin to dry out. He can use his tape to wrap people, swing long distances, and create traps, among other applications.) + (Mina Ashido; Much like with Hanta Katsuki tend to be very close due to his friendship with Eijiro and Kaminari, due to his party-loving and cheerful personality, Katsuki is also very close due to his friendship with Eijiro and Kaminari. She preferred to stay away from Mina, calling her "Noisy" or "Annoying". Over time she got used to Ashido's personality and although they are not very close friends, they get along quite well. Acid; Mina's Quirk allows her to produce a corrosive liquid from her body. She can control the solubility and viscosity of this corrosive liquid. There is a limit to how long she can produce the corrosive liquid until her skin gradually loses its natural resistance to it. Overusing her Quirk or taking it too far can also be fatal, as it dehydrates her body very quickly.)
