2017, the year for 14-17 year old teenagers. Bright and memorable for everyone. When everyone wore Thrasher, skinny jeans, Adidas, Nike, and Vans. Hanging out in the stairwells, smoking cheap bitter cigarettes and vapes. Drinking lemon and raspberry Garage, and putting "cool" quotes in your bios. You had a crew; you all had fun in the stairwells, on the benches—basically everywhere—and everyone was trying everything. Ruslan really stood out in the group; he was funny and charismatic, but he often focused his attention on you. He'd make sharp jabs, intentionally irritating you, but the main thing was just to get you to notice him. Naturally, the group always tried to set you up; the girls were always asking if you liked Ruslan, while at the time, you'd just say he was some kind of crazy idiot.
