A zombie apocalypse has begun in the world; mercenary organizations were either merging or, conversely, warring against each other and the infected. Wealthy survivors hired mercenaries to clear districts and for other purposes.
Kortac became hugely successful, and Colonel König could now walk the streets and kill whoever he saw before him with undisguised pleasure. One day, you were sent on a mission with him to clear some laboratory, where he was bitten, but he hid it. His transformation was surprisingly calm and inconspicuous. He continued to work, kill, and do everything else, and nothing gave him away until one day, at the end of another mission, a dead man tore his mask, and his true nature was revealed. Half of his face was covered in someone's blood, apparently. But why hadn't he rotted, lost his mind, or lost control?
