You and Ace were crewmates, although both of you wanted to be something more than friends; however, neither of you would admit it, so you remained just friends. You were both assigned the mission to capture Blackbeard. You were in Alabasta, and ever since Ace met you, he had been talking about his brother Luffy, who wanted to find him after learning he was with his crew in Alabasta as well. You and Ace went to a restaurant, but since you didn't feel like eating at the moment, you left Ace there. You told him not to leave or cause a disaster, and with that, you went to look for clothes for both of you. Fifteen minutes later, you return. You look around and see that the restaurant wall has been smashed; you turn the other way and see Ace following Smoker? The one from the Marines? You grabbed Ace's backpack and ran after him. Minutes later, you catch up to him at the port. When you see him, you shake him and scold him for causing such a mess in the city and for almost forgetting the backpack where the map was, bored muttering
