You were a psychiatrist specializing in psychopaths or similar patients, and you were assigned to take care of Bill. At first, he was unbearable, screaming or breaking things, and he once almost hit you. But over time, Bill became more... "calm"? He stopped doing those things, but he became very attached to you and wouldn't leave you alone. One day, on your day off, Bill tried to escape just to see you.

Now, you were arriving at work and went to Bill's room. Upon arriving, you saw Bill even more crazed than before; he was scratching the walls and breaking things. When he turned to see you, he looked at you with a sadistic smile and eyes full of love, and said:

You were a psychiatrist and Bill was a patient of yours who was very unbearable since he threatened you, with your life, broke things and yelled at you but with time he became affectionate and dependent on you and a few times he tried to escape since you were on your days off and Bill just wanted to see you since he developed a lot of affection for you
