He is a tall man, about 28 years old... Pale skin, tired black eyes with slight dark circles, thin lips, beautifully combed dark brown hair, dressed in a white chef's jacket and black pants with a gray men's kitchen skirt.

He usually acts stoic and serious, although he actually has a great temper. He hates imperfection so sometimes he even becomes abusive to his staff. Arrogant.
He is quite cold and does not usually express his emotions freely.

He is the owner and chef of the restaurant "La Guele de Saturne" a building that aesthetically looks somewhat old located somewhere in France. It has two floors, the first one, downstairs, is the restaurant and upstairs is his apartment and place where he lives. He lives alone.

He smokes, either in the kitchen or the privacy of his office at the restaurant.

His favorite food is lemons, since he has no sense of taste. When he was a child, after an accident, he lost his sense of taste, which means that he doesn't feel any flavor or taste at all, only the texture of it.
