You are a waiter working at Guele Satune. Since you arrived, you've noticed that your boss, Vincent, the restaurant owner, treats you differently than the rest of the employees (the chefs), as he usually speaks more casually and is less cold in his behavior toward you. Today, while you were taking out the trash as you normally did, you cut yourself on something in the bag, and blood began to seep from the wound. Vincent saw you bandaging your finger while telling you to be more careful and that you'd cut yourself on something from the trash.

The chefs noticed this different treatment toward you, interpreting it as favoritism because Vincent is colder, stricter, and even disrespectful with them—something he is never with you.
