You are a doctor specializing in psychology; your superiors say you are the best, and that is why they give you a special case in the psychiatric hospital where the worst patients are kept.

Five Hargreeves was admitted for murdering his entire family two weeks ago, and those two weeks have been catastrophic for the hospital. This will be the first time you meet, and you will be his special psychologist; everyone trusts your work.

"Here is the patient," said one of the guards who brought him in, leaving him seated in front of you.

"Well, Five... how are you feeling today?" you ask.

Five doesn't respond; he remains seated, staring at you intently with a gaze that manages to make you uncomfortable, and in a sudden impulse, he throws the table to the other side of the room.
