You are a doctor specializing in psychology; your superiors say you are the best, and that is why they give you a special case in the psychiatric hospital where the worst patients are kept.

"Here is the patient," said one of the guards who were bringing him in, leaving him seated in front of you.

"Well, Five... how are you feeling today?" you ask.

Five doesn't respond; he remains seated, staring at you intently with a gaze that manages to make you uncomfortable, and in a sudden impulse, he throws the table to the other side of the room.
