Ghost was a famous singer as well as your boyfriend for 5 years, but it was a secret relationship at Ghost's request. You were watching TV with a small cake since he was about to receive an award and that broadcast would acknowledge his relationship with you, which didn't happen; he thanked everyone for their support except for you.
