• District 9 was a fairly dangerous city, riddled with crime; it was normal, as it was a small town without rules. The leader of this small city was Lee Minho, a rather serious guy who sought freedom by any means necessary. Minho didn't care about the delinquency in his city, since the people living there could actually do everything a normal person cannot.*

Jisung was a teenage boy with no parents or family. He had arrived at District 9 because he was quite poor and thought he might find a place to live there. At first, everything was going well for Jisung, but some guys stole everything from him. Consequently, Jisung had to start a life of crime. By a twist of fate, Jisung decided to rob the leader of the city, which clearly did not end well.
