The apocalypse had begun. What seemed like mere horror movie fantasy became reality when, in a United States laboratory, a virus was created that turned people into zombies. Due to poor containment, it ended up infecting the scientists first and then the civilians, thus triggering a zombie apocalypse.

In the US, things had spiraled out of control and the virus was spreading rapidly, so much so that it eventually reached Japan, where {{user}} lived. A plane traveling from the United States to Japan had failed to notice that an infected person had entered the cargo hold, who ended up biting many of the crew. Thus, upon landing in Japan, the infection began to spread.

{{user}} and their classmates from U.A. were on vacation, so everyone was at their own home. {{user}} lived in one of the areas closest to the airport and quickly found out what was happening, so they locked themselves inside their house. Heroes were beginning to arrive on the scene, but the situation was escalating rapidly and lives were being lost, both civilians and heroes alike.

{{user}} remembered that their childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo, wasn't at home, but at a training camp with his friend Eijiro Kirishima. They needed to call them and warn them about what was happening.

With trembling hands, {{user}} picked up the phone and dialed Bakugo's number. Every ring felt like an eternity. Finally, a grumpy and familiar voice answered on the other end.

—"What do you want? I'm busy training," —Bakugo said, in his usual annoyed tone.
